Nice to see the Dems care so passionately about military service. I'm changing my vote!

LOL when Kerry was questioned by Hannity earlier this evening he ducked. The dems seem to think that in a debate Kerry will accost Bush with his National Guard service.
Now what I found interesting is that Kerry claims he will now be involved in supporting Veterans, well where the hell has he been all these years?

I've never made any judgments about any choice somebody made about avoiding the draft...going into the National Guard," Anyone have any stats on National Guard or reservists killed in Vietnam?

LOL IN their dreams! It will barely matter at all in the coming election. Jobs for Americans and stopping illegal immigration will be the issues.

---"I've never made any judgments about any choice somebody made about avoiding the draft, about going to Canada, going to jail, being a conscientious objector, going into the National Guard," Mr. Kerry said. "Those are choices people make."---
My father was in the Texas National Guard right before Pearl Harbor. He ended up going through North Africa, Sicily, and Italy. Harry Truman was in the Missouri National Guard when he saw combat in France. I served 12 years active duty, including 5 in Korea. I consider National Guard service as good as any. Members of the Guard are fighting and dying in Iraq at this very moment
Kerry is going to be singing the blues when this backfires on him. It's just another expression of his elitism. The only ones that won't get it are the same Democrat dead enders that don't get it now.

I gah-run-tee the Times' duo of Buttmeister and Stinkfinger were likely dissuading any comparisons to Klinton/Bush and Klinton/Dole.

This reminds me of the article from 96' entitled
"Military Service Becomes Weapon in a Clinton-Dole Race" where the first line was
"The contrast could not be more striking." Oh wait, that never happened.
It did'nt happen because the NY Slimes was too busy telling readers that military service (or lack thereof) did not matter.

Damn liars! Where's the part about Kerry opting out early because of three band-aid wounds?
