*** OFFICIAL KENTUCKY FREEPER MEETING ***

Okay, you people, it has been way too long since we had an official "unofficial" (or should that be unofficial "official"?) meeting of the Kentucky Freepers. I checked back and found that over a full year has passed since we last hosted one of our loud and rowdy meetings.

In an effort to gather the largest possible crowd of Freepers for this event, I am going to throw out some possible dates for an evening meeting here. After doing my research, I have found a handful of upcoming dates on which there are no other Republican and/or conservative meetings in the area and (sometimes more importantly) no University of Louisville or Kentucky basketball games. Here are the possible dates:

Thursday, February 26 <-- (FYI: President Bush is scheduled in Louisville for a morning fundraiser this date)
Friday, February 27
Thursday, March 4
Friday, March 5

So let me know here which of these dates would be best for everyone to attend a meeting in the Louisville area. It's a great time to meet and greet old Freeper friends and make new ones. We also need to decide on a place to meet (the last couple of meets were at Don Pablo's, but we are open to just about any suggestions.)

Thanks,
Dale

You just beat me to the punch...I am not going to be able to come. I have too much going on. I have classes to attend on the 9th and 10th...being a mortgage broker, KY is going to squeeze every dime out of me that they can. Believe me, I would love to come. By the way, if any KY FReepers need a mortgage, etc., tell them to FReepmail me. I might as well use what I pay for, huh?

That's fine. When will you be through your schooling? I too am going(part time)to school, but my weekends are so free! (for studying! LOL)!

How about helping me put together a date and place for a KY Freeper Family Picnic this August/September?

My schooling is only two days..$125!!! I have been a Mortgage Broker since '99, but now KY has decided that each individual needs to be licensed. It will end up costing me about $200 just to keep working! They just like to squeeze every dime out of a person that they can don't they!!

I would love to help you out with a picnic. Just let me know what you need me to do. IF possible, I may be able to get a cabin down at Cumberland lake. I would just have to make sure that it is free for that day.
