Just announced at 5pm news break. Christa Rogaliner, who had been missing since mid-December from her Leesburg, VA area home, was found unharmed in Maryland today.

Credit for finding her was given to the TV Show "America's Most Wanted," which had featured her story this week.

More good news/bad news. I'm glad she has been found safe, but she put her loved ones through a real horror and they will never be the same again after going through that.

Was Christa the one shopping for her sister's present who was upset and left her car at a weird angle? Or was that a different one?

The ones that are found usually turn out to be runaways.

Kidnapped = dead.

"Now for Dru Sjodin."

I just thought of her again today. I had forgotten this other gal. I'd like to hear the rest of her story.

I hope they find Dru alive too, but I must admit I'm not optimistic on that point.

Did you ever stop to think that maybe she ran away because her family put her through hell? I don't know what the story is and neither do you.

Even if they just find the body, it will provide some resolution, as well as help nail the guy who did it.

Isn't the guy who did it in custody?

A lot of kids who run away, run because of family. You're right in pointing that out.

And it can also be said that she put her family through hell.

Do not forget that she skipped school, stole her father's car, does not have a driver's license, crashed the car, abandoned the car, and took off for a month.

Which may be wickedness or desperation; both happen. It behooves us to withold judgement until we know what went on inside the family. Which, incidentally, is none of our business.

I'll go with you, mombonn, thank God she's safe. And let's pray that whatever family or personal problems exist - that they be healed.
