In their world, this is how they see things.... "Behind every silver lining, there is a cloud"
It matters to me. 100K for couples is definitely too low. Even for individuals it seems low. But get that number up high enough and you won't hear a complaint from me.
My statement? The questoinaire says Bush strongly favors appointing judges who will outlaw abortions. It's their statement. Kerry strongly opposes appointing judges who will outlaw abortions, according to this survey. According to this dumb survey, Kerry is right and Bush is wrong on the question. I think it's a poorly worded survey, but who knows? Does Bush strongly favor judges who will outlaw abortions? That's what this thing says.
Myself, I think redistribution of wealth is unacceptable, but then again, so does George W. Bush and that, along with many other reasons, I'll vote for him again
Kerry voted for the Patriot Act. His excuse for complaining about it now is basically that he didn't read the bill!
Why am I not surprised by that? :-)
Hey, don't forget Richard Mellon Sciafe (sp?) -- he gives us all checks just for posting here! ;) Speaking of which, why was it so terrible for him to give money to so-called Clinton-haters, but it's just peachy keen for George Soros to give many more millions to Bush-haters?
Redistribution of wealth? Dude, every dollar the gubmint takes in is "redistributed," some of it to good stuff like the war on terror. The question is whether or not the gubmint takes in enough to pay for all it spends. The money's got to come from somewhere. So, naturally, as a taxpayer, I am interested in where that money comes from. Now, maybe it's supposed to break my heart if someone else get's hit up for a few points increase, but something tells me they aren't worried about what I have to pay. So don't look to me to be a sucker and sign on for more than I have to.
Good one! And I love your tagline.
No liberal could have said it better
I want the government to be forced to cut spending, not raise taxes. In fact I think taxes should be cut again, Growing our way out of deficits is the healthiest
