Will Kerry, Edwards, Clark, Hillary, et al, appoint conservative judges? Yeah, right. And hell will freeze over tomorrow.

Will Bush continue reducing taxes? Yup.

Will Kerry, Edwards, Clark, Hillary, et al, raise your taxes as soon as they possibly can if given the opportunity and continue raising them until hell freezes over? Yup.

Will Bush defend the right to life? Check

Will Bush defend marriage between a man a woman? Check

Will Bush defend the right to keep and bear arms? Check

Will Bush say no to Kyoto? Check.

Will Bush say no to a world court? Check.

Will Bush say no to the U.N.? Check.

Will Kerry, Edwards, Clark, Hillary, et al, remove our national sovereignty and subjugate America to world government? Just as quickly as they possibly can if given the opportunity.

Will any other person be elected to the Presidency in 2004 other than Bush (God willing) or a Democrat? Obviously not.

Doesn't make a lick of sense to me to allow the America hating, freedom hating Democrats back into power now that we've kicked them out.

Say yes to sovereignty for America and continued freedom for all Americans.

I think most people are real NIBY "conservatives". They don't mind having big govt to tell the other guy what to do but hate it when it comes their turn. I think it comes down to education. If you stopped the withholding tax just for 1 year, you would probably convert 60% of the population to being a real "conservative".

Somebody should start a third party for the perpetually disgrunted, the endlessly self-righteous, the I'm-going-to take-my-ball-and-go-home set.

Maybe call it the "Last Straw" party. The burning issue of the LS party is constantly replaced. One day it is MFN, then GATT, then NAFTA, then stem cell research, then aid to Africa, then immigration.

But no matter what there will ALWAYS be an issue that the LS partisan can say (for the hundredth time) "That's the last straw! I'm never going to vote for a Republican again!"

It would be very popular around here. And it might even poll numbers in Kucinich territory nationwide.

Well, I didn't say it but it's true of me, living in one of the three Red states and I said the same thing in 2000 when I voted for Bush.

The liberal things I didn't want, I've gotten. Okay, he campaigned on them. So I drank the koolaid.

I didn't get the Scalia-style justices, my main reason for giving in. And the party refrain in 2000 was "if for no other reason, vote Bush for the judges". Where are my Scalia-type judges?

And now he urges the Congress to spend even more wildly and in deficit, borrowing the money from the children (yes, the children, better drag their scruffy little selves into it).

And now a huge new drug entitlement, fling the borders open, pander to groups that will never vote conservative while stiffing us who are conservatives.

I could duck behind the "I'm in a Red state" excuse. But I don't get what it is I'm supposed to be voting for and what I should expect from it. And the activists I know are awfully quiet. I can't find any conservatives who are planning to run. Not even 'true conservatives', I mean I can't see candidates with even slight Republican tendencies.

You must live in a very different place than I do if you think all is well within the GOP ranks.

BINGO, And the way to hold the party platform is by sending letters, faxes, emails and snail mails to our Congress Critters, they write the laws and spending bills. We have to remember that the POTUS is the POTUS for every American, not just us, Just like 1994 and the Gingrich revolution, Congress controls the purse strings, when we are silent they will spend like no tomorrow, it's in their nature.

If some of these talented hot heads around here who claim they are "True Conservatives" would focus more attention on contacted their elected officials instead of hurling insults at everyone here who supports this president and anyone who disagrees with them, they would be serving as something other than a bad example for Conservatism

We're talking about a VERY small group of people, not anything like the other groups you mentioned. And self-sufficient, hard-working farmers are very unlikely to go on welfare. I have a few friends over there, and they'd love to come here. Perhaps if they changed their citizenship to Saudi or Mexican, they'd stand a better chance (at least with this present administration).

Thanks. Great post. And I have full faith in God and complete confidence in Bush fulfilling his mission whatever that mission may be. Obviously, I don't know God's plan and I'm not privy to Bush's plans either, but I have faith that America and the world will be much better off with George W. Bush at the helm rather than Hillary, et al.
