VANITY: The best way to keep America a sovereign free nation is to keep the Democrats out of power!
Free Republic

Will Bush solve the illegal immigration problem? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the government spending problem? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the campaign finance problem? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the drug war problem? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the nation's education problems? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the so-called healthcare problems? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the so-called environmental problems? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the social security problems? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the medicare problems? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush defend America from those bent on destroying her? You'd better bet your sweet bippy he will.

Will any of the Democrats defend America? Hell no they won't. They'd rather turn us over to the U.N. They'd surrender to the French Foreign Legion if given the chance.

Will Bush appoint conservative judges? Yup!

Will Kerry, Edwards, Clark, Hillary, et al, appoint conservative judges? Yeah, right. And hell will freeze over tomorrow.

Will Bush continue reducing taxes? Yup.

Will Kerry, Edwards, Clark, Hillary, et al, raise your taxes as soon as they possibly can if given the opportunity and continue raising them until hell freezes over? Yup.

Will Bush defend the right to life? Check

Will Bush defend marriage between a man a woman? Check

Will Bush defend the right to keep and bear arms? Check

Will Bush say no to Kyoto? Check.

Will Bush say no to a world court? Check.

Will Bush say no to the U.N.? Check.

Will Kerry, Edwards, Clark, Hillary, et al, remove our national sovereignty and subjugate America to world government? Just as quickly as they possibly can if given the opportunity.

Will any other person be elected to the Presidency in 2004 other than Bush (God willing) or a Democrat? Obviously not.

Doesn't make a lick of sense to me to allow the America hating, freedom hating Democrats back into power now that we've kicked them out.

Say yes to sovereignty for America and continued freedom for all Americans.

Say no to the RATS!!

Hey my ancestors did. Two signed the Bradford accord. One of those left a two week old baby and wife at home to spy on the Hessian troop for GW and nearly freeze to death at Valley Forge.

Did his wife whine while he was gone. Hall no! She harvested the crop and planted the next years. Wealthy? NO just poor German dirt farmers who wanted freedom.

I view the losses from World War Two to have much more objective societal impact on the United States than those of the World Trade Center.

Laz, evil is evil. It doesn't matter HOW MANY are killed due to evil men. It's the same thing. ONE death is one too many.

That is EXACTLY what your former government says.

You know, when you come to mention it, YOU'RE RIGHT! I think Paul Martin in fact endorsed Howard Dean for prez just the other day! I actually think you would be right at home in Canada, Tex. They like free drugs up there. The have govt supported arts. The beer is a hell of a lot better than Lone Star and the strip clubs take it all off. Think of it as a big, cold Texas....

In a perfect world, Harry Browne

"Maintain open borders; End war on immigration" .......... "Ease Immigration Laws; No official English" - Harry Browne

Do you agree with Harry?

I'm going to head to bed, so I'll await your answer tomorrow.

LM, I reference the immigration threads where you mentioned the only way to encourage civility is if freepers police themselves, since the mods can't be everywhere at once. If I'm doing something wrong by asking folks to dial the rhetoric back a notch, feel free to let me know and I'll change my behavior.

nopardons, I'm sorry you reacted so negatively to my comments, which were not intended to be baiting.

Oh, I think they do realize it; they just have to make it nasty to justify their existence.

Laz ,we weren't fighting WW2 on our own soil,in our own country.

Those days are gone. We are no longer buffered by oceans -- well, we are, but they are no longer obstacles. The next world war will be fought, in part, on American soil.

We might as well get used to that concept, cuz it's inevitable. Its also another reason why Americans should keep assault weapons.

I have more faith in human nature than you do, I suppose.

Perhaps. I just know what God says about evil and letting it prevail.

I would have backed my man 100% and since I am attracted only to real men, (read: brave, independent, honest, who truly believe in our Creator) I just may have been the wife of one of the signatures.

I'll go you one better. I'll gladly give up my vote provided every other female loses her vote also. If I had my way, I'd restrict voting to property owners and tax payers, in the pursuit of prohibiting folks from voting themselves a hand-out.

wardaddy can attest to my leanings. We've engaged in several discussions about this very matter.

Conservatives need to hold the administration accountable where they've failed, and praise good policy.

The way I see it, you get all of the former and none of that latter around here.

Magnitude matters. Adolph Hitler was worse, and had a worse impact, than John Gacy did.

I guess we just don't agree.....

I think we probably agree on the ends to the means, just not the means. As much as people shake their heads at people here who will not support Bush, many of us in my camp find it equally baffling that so many self-described "conservatives" can look past Bush's faults.
