VANITY: The best way to keep America a sovereign free nation is to keep the Democrats out of power!
Free Republic

Will Bush solve the illegal immigration problem? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the government spending problem? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the campaign finance problem? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the drug war problem? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the nation's education problems? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the so-called healthcare problems? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the so-called environmental problems? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the social security problems? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the medicare problems? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush defend America from those bent on destroying her? You'd better bet your sweet bippy he will.

Will any of the Democrats defend America? Hell no they won't. They'd rather turn us over to the U.N. They'd surrender to the French Foreign Legion if given the chance.

Will Bush appoint conservative judges? Yup!

Will Kerry, Edwards, Clark, Hillary, et al, appoint conservative judges? Yeah, right. And hell will freeze over tomorrow.

Will Bush continue reducing taxes? Yup.

Will Kerry, Edwards, Clark, Hillary, et al, raise your taxes as soon as they possibly can if given the opportunity and continue raising them until hell freezes over? Yup.

Will Bush defend the right to life? Check

Will Bush defend marriage between a man a woman? Check

Will Bush defend the right to keep and bear arms? Check

Will Bush say no to Kyoto? Check.

Will Bush say no to a world court? Check.

Will Bush say no to the U.N.? Check.

Will Kerry, Edwards, Clark, Hillary, et al, remove our national sovereignty and subjugate America to world government? Just as quickly as they possibly can if given the opportunity.

Will any other person be elected to the Presidency in 2004 other than Bush (God willing) or a Democrat? Obviously not.

Doesn't make a lick of sense to me to allow the America hating, freedom hating Democrats back into power now that we've kicked them out.

Say yes to sovereignty for America and continued freedom for all Americans.

Say no to the RATS!!

Don't get me wrong, the Democrats are certainly not for local or state government control. I just think that the Republican party is heading in the same direction: democracy/socialism. This is certainly the case on the national level, but may be less true of local Republicans.

All of this begs the ultimate question, and one befitting of your forum, What exactly does Freedom mean? The word is tossed around a lot, but I wonder if people can actually agree with what it is to be free.

He's already on record saying he will extend and make permanent the assault weapons ban.

He said if it reached his desk , he'd sign it. Hardly a promise to extend it, more of challenge to his party's leadership to make damn sure it does not cross his desk.

How goes it ,Laz? Things reasonably decent over your way?

Another issue we all need to think about is the Supreme Court.

Even if we got hit with another 100 World-Trade-centers, that's only 300,000 citizens

The most asinine statement so far.

Will a GOP congress oppose a leftist agenda pushed by a DemonRat president? Sometimes. Will a GOP congress oppose a leftist agenda pushed by George W. Bush? No.

Yes, he took action, but no, he didn't invite them , the whites AND the blacks who are being terrorized, starved, and murdered to come here. If he had, YOU and the rest of the Bushbashers would have howled blue murder.

There are American sanctions against Zimbabwe and other types of things like that, which is really about all he can do. The ONLY people, who America now takes in, when they can escape, are Cubans and you know that, or should.

And don't forget, Ike did NOTHING whatsoever for the Hungarians in '56. Was Ike a betrayer of the GOP for that?

Reagan, likewise, did NOTHING for other people, around the world, while in office, when they were being terrorized and/or killed. Was Reagan wrong ? Reagan also gave BLANKET AMNESTY , which is NOT what President Bush has proposed, to the ILLEGAL MEXICANS. Just WHAT does that make Reagan ?

I, for one, appreciate your call for civility. Thanks.

Thanks for your support. It appears I'm not gathering many folks in agreement here. *grin*

IMO, GW is conservative on some things, esp. taxes and defending the country. Possibly free enterprise. But CFR, medicine handouts, amnesty, NEA, these things let me know that he is not conservative on others. Although I like and respect GW, I find he's getting a little difficult to define.

I also think he's difficult to define. I feel the best tactic is to loudly condemn the liberal policy moves and applaud the conservative ones. People don't raise kids by saying "on balance you're a good kid, so I'll never discipline you" - they praise positive events and condemn negative ones. I think the same holds true for politicians, if we want to change behavior.

Still voting for him, though, the alternative is out of the question.

I agree wholeheartedly.

I don't think some people realize that some of the BushBot "worshiping" is just funning around. It's trying to see some good in an "evil-nasty-negative-messedup" world. There's not a Bushbot that agrees with "W" 100% of the time. It's just that they prefer to highlight the positive.........

BTW where's the mandatory picture?

Hmmm. Women have always had power, albeit in an indirect way. It is interesting why it was originally only male property owners who were able to vote. This seems to be fairly consistent throughout history. I am not for excluding people based on their sex, race, or religion, but it doesn't make sense for those who are directly on the gov't dole (welfare and government employees) vote themselves a nice raise from the producers. That said, woman or not, would you have pledged your fortune and your honor, or would you have been pragmatic. (there is no way to say that what the men who decided to rise against British power were pragmatic. many were very successful and wealthy and could have simply gone with the status quo.

you're all heart

I view the losses from World War Two to have much more objective societal impact on the United States than those of the World Trade Center. Do you disagree?

I ask that you would consider voting for him and offering him, or someone like him, your support.

Now I've asked you many times to tell us with a plan just how the CP is going to get to 270 Electoral College votes... that's the end game...... Last election in 2000 they got less than 100,000 votes nationwide and ZERO Electoral College votes.... Now what has changed in the last four years that has made them such a viable player in the 2004 Presidential Election?

Are they on the ballot in all 50 states and D.C.? How many candidates do they have running for Senators in the 34 Senate races? How many Representative Candidates are they running in the 435 Districts? Just how would they push through any legislation to turn things around without some legislative help?

Any details would be appreciated? Thanks?

The lesser of any evil is still evil and may get you the greater of evil.

Ah yes, perhaps he is preaching to the choir. However, after the sermon the choir must get out there and sing loudly. The knuckleheads can be saved and with very little effort. Most anyone that has been brainwashed by the left can be deprogrammed by pointing out what should be obvious (it takes a litte time). They just can't see until we show them. True there are many whose minds are so open that their brains have fallen out and they're hopelessly lost in the socialist abyss. But there is still hope for many, thus we have much work to do. Keep preaching to all who will not listen but you will be heard.

Again, read ALL THREE books then get back to me!

Why? You don't get it, I am not as scared of a Dem president as you are and the past deeds of Clinton are not going to change my mind about the future. Bush is a crappy prez, regardless of how crappy the Dem offerings are. Bush would like to hide behind the WOT, but I don't think that Dem presidents will really do things much differently. If they do, then they will open it up to a much more hawkish candidate from the Reps, which does not bother me so long as he or she is fiscally responsible and committed to rolling back the fed govt.

President Reagan avoided all of the fiscal errors that you accuse President Bush

I never said Reagan avoided deficits. I said he managed to deal effectively with a "liberal" media. I stand behind that statement because the media HATED Reagan.

We are Americans. No one will be taking our guns.

I hope not, but just to illustrate, look how many smokers have had their rights taken away, one small step at a time.

The frog is boiling and he aint jumpin out.
