Burgeoning Internet group, lol, translated that means "clever way to avoid campaign donation restrictions."

Someone on FR has a cached copy of their webpage with the link to the Communist Party of the USA which they have since removed. The truth about this organization needs to be made public.

$40 million for 80,000 votes.....$500 per vote.
the sooner these terms are forgotten, the better

CNN did a piece on these people last week. Not surprisingly, it tried to make them look like normal people with a cause.

"theres little question that this will be remembered as the first year that the Internet played such a significant role in a presidential election. Specifically, the organization Moveon.org, is already flexing its political muscle.
Hmmm... I guess they forgot Election 2000, and Sore Loserman.

Katrina vanden Heuvel, The Nation: "I think it's potentially revolutionary. For one, it's going to bring younger people back into the system. Two, it's going to break the power of the big media. It's going to allow citizens to come forth with messages, as we see with these ads, and it's going to allow small donations to break the power of big money in this country and that could have a potentially revolutionizing effect on our politics." MoveOn.org and normal do NOT belong in the same sentence ;-).

CNN did a piece on these people last week. Not surprisingly, it tried to make them look like normal people with a cause. You never see CNN or any of the liberal news sources ever call any organization liberal as it's intended purpose, as it's aim is to decieve and devour.

I can't listen to Koppel for more than five minutes without getting upset by his liberal bias.

To the mainstream media, this is news. Can they help it if they are always a day late and a dollar short on recognizing movements? They are, after all, the news source of last resort.
To: FlyLow; Jim Robinson
I wonder if abcnbccbscnn would ever do a positive, promotional, fluff piece on FR and JimRob?
LOL! Man! That was funny.
I so easily humor myself.

I suspect that this is why Rush has been giving so many on-air mentions to FreeRepublic lately.
FR, as the premier Conservative news forum on the Web, is also the best answer to MO.

I really don't believe they have that many members. But I also think that FR needs to have a membership drive. We have never actively sought members and we are not as well known because we can't get that kind of press. So we need to focus on increasing members, especially those who would be activists.

Hell...CNN had a some kind of soundfile that automatically played a MoveOn advertisment when you linked to CNN.com. My mom wrote me because she was startled when it started playing without her even clicking the icon. I know O'Reilly is not the most impartial person in the world, but his observations about MoveOn are alot more accurate than what the liberal media potrays. It is going to get nasty this year.

I can only take so much from these moveon.buttholes
If Nov 2004 is controlled by these criminals I won't be able to
claim credit for their downfall shortly afterwards. America is too valuable to be surrendered to leftists like these criminals.
