He says "I wasn't on the inside" THEN goes on with "we" after Khobar Towers, blah blah.

He basically said since Clinton SAID terrorism was a threat and drew up a plan (whatever that may have been) he was taking it more seriously. And the icing on the cake is since Clinton supposedly told Bush it should be priority one, Clark says Bush ignored this warning.

And of course, they all say Bush was singlemindedly bent on going after Saddam from day one.
