Afternoon JP, Just a thought to pass on. Something I did about 1 year ago out of frustration. I bought some of those sticky-backed labels at the office supply store that you can run through you computer printer. Printed on each sticker: America=English.

I keep a handful of them in my purse. Whenever I see something printed in any language other than english (on the bathroom door in the store, Home Depot gift card I received, etc.) I slap one of those stickers on over the foreign language. Maybe some folks will think I'm being "intolerant" but I don't care. Want to come to America you better learn the language.

When I go to another country on vacation I don't expect them to accommodate me and speak English wherever I choose to go. I'm just fed up with the PC in the country. This is America and our language is English!

Phew, I feel better.

Cubans must be partial to off-green in painting their vehicles.

I recall the very same stunt when I was in Miami last August ('03).

A butt-load of Cubans swamped a 194X GMC on pontoons and headed for Miami.

Bush ordered them deported. The Miami Cuban community threatened to jerk all 2004 presidential support out from under Bush's tushie.

Anybody recall how that threat wound up working out for the illegal migrants?

BTW: If anybody has pics from last August's Cuban migrants blackmailing the president in Miami, please post them. (I'm talking about the green GMC/Chevy flotilla.)

Apparently, Bush's amnesty program has made it's way past the Castro filter machine.
