"this island" Manhattan?
Since the map is of the Arabian peninsula I'd assume that that's the "island" they're talking about.
Although there aren't very many US troops left in Saudi Arabia there are quite a few in some of the other countries on the peninsula.

Oh yeah there's something behind al quada that is bigger than Iraq...Russian military advisors were there when we entered and that might be a clue. Socialism will use anything it can as a tool to further its agenda. Our current administration can't even protect the country without judges overruling sections of the patriot act.
This is a far cry from the previous wars we've fought.

There was some talk of several nukes...the number seven come to mind.
God willing they will all be duds.

In America the highest concentration of Jewish residents are in the Northeast; mainly up and down the East Coast including Florida and over to Chicago. This is not news but the consequences of out of Control Anti-Semitism and a successful strike at the population core is News. This group is the last part of the Diaspora that will end up in the Nation of Israel. Those coming out of Africa and the Northern Frontier of Russia will complete the last migration to Israel. This remnant as the Bible speaks of will see the Prophecy of Daniel & Ezekiel totally fulfilled. The intensity of this article is proof of how and what we are dealing with in respect to the deep seeded hatred that has existed for generations and the worst is yet to come!

And where do you figure India will be in all of this? They have the second largest Muslim population in the world, albeit not all Sunni. While their government is currently Pro U.S. and they are at odds wth Pakistan, there is a huge contingent of Muslims in India who would love to overthrow the current regime.
And India has a well-developed nuclear program.

if a nuke goes off in houston, the TV feed from the game will go black in a flash and they will cut to Dan Rather. While CBS has the "exclusive" pics from inside the stadium, damn near every network and every television station in the country (if not on the planet) will have a crew on hand.
The Super Bowl has the single largest audience every year. You want attention, you got it. Not only that, you screw with all that money spent on commercials, and you'll hear the entire advertising and marketing industry collapse half a continent away.
Finally, you wanna scare the living spit outta the whole nation? Kill about 100,000 or so on national television - doesn't matter where they are, as long as they're in one place, it doesn't matter.
I'm scared spitless about this weekend (and I'm a rabid football fan!).
The bad guys' goal is to scare us enough to pull out of the ME; barring that, they'll do their level best to wipe us out. They don't give a flying fart whether the Americans they kill are in DC or NY or wherever.
That being said, if we can get through next week without a peep from the bad guys, I'll probably begin to roll my eyes at all of this. They keep promising, but not delivering.
I'm not asking for it, but I'm tired of this crap.

i am wondering what is going on with this pre-announced "spring offensive" into pakistan. If musharaff telling us that he can no longer maintain control there? and this is the first step towards US military control of key parts of that country? hmm...

BASF installation is 60 miles from Houston. Which, if you've been there, is nothing. Houston is spread out all over the place. BASF is where the guard was shot. It would be a rolling fireball, depending on what they used to explode.

yes, but those crews would also be wiped out when the device went off. sure, they would have some longer range TV coverage of the event. but it won't be like 9/11 from a TV coverage point of view.

back to the serious now: This is deep, but a personal opinion.
When I was in law enforcement, you could see the communist guerilla warfare tactics I was trained to confront in the military being put into use by street gangs, as well as the socialist rhetoric. They even used tactics like calling 911 to get us to roll to a "hot call" somewhere and then pulling a serious crime at the end of the district when we were occupied on the BS call.
It took some time, but I learned that was coming from the Communist/Drug cartel alliances in South and Central America, flowing up the chain to our streets.
I see the natural extension of this in the war on terror, but it isnt that easy to prove. But i feel it in my bones, and that is the start.

BASF in Freeport is huge, very huge. And the wind currents tend to be from south to north off the Gulf most of the year, in the direction of Houston.
Dow Chemical is right next door, across the street literally. Lots of phosgene and other wicked unmentionables between the two. and Dow is bigger than BASF.

The "moon" image appears to be overlain with a faint image of an American flag or something with red stripes and a blue square.No. If you adjust the contrast properly on your screen and are running in a HighColor mode (low color might blend out too many of the faint colors), you'll see the unmistakable face of Osama, facing to the left.

Good question. Not sure.

I like judicial meanz' thinking. An end of the world toga party. If you have to go, you may as well enjoy the ride.
