[history]
January 26, 2004 -- Democrat Howard Dean has touched off a new flap heading into tomorrow's New Hampshire primary by claiming that the living standard for Iraqis is "a whole lot worse" since a U.S.-led force toppled Saddam. The Dean campaign has also run into a problem with ABC News, which has asked it to stop handing out copies of Thursday's Diane Sawyer interview with Dean and his wife, Judy, The Post has learned.

I think Dean would claim to be Jesus Christ if he thought it would get him the nomination!!!
He is appealing to a group that is so far out there that only a nut job like him can even speak for them!!

I don't think this is going to be a problem. He'll likely either crawl back under the rock he came from or get squashed like a political parasite should.

LOL. I'm watching Howard Dean on CSPAN right now. He's addressing Women for Dean Rally. An old man got up and asked Dean what he would do so we didn't have any more wars. Dean wasn't very clear but said that he would have better relationships with other countries, so that they would like us. I kid you not. He stated that so many countries didn't like us any more. It was the most bizarre answer.
Another lady asked what he would do to prevent people getting Asthma. (I can't believe these questions) Dean answered that George W. had the worse environmental record in the history of this earth (practically) and that she should elect him (I guess to clear up the worlds asthma problem.) I can't believe these answers and questions.
He also called FoxNew right wing and NPR more left. Now that was a shocker.

Every single one of these Democrats wants to "make nice" with the enemy. It's pathetic, and sad and funny at the same time.
These Democrats think that if we leave them (terrorists) alone, they'll leave us alone.

make nice with the enemy.... You're so right. I can't believe it.. can't believe the questions or the answers.
Even these "smart" people are dense regarding the realities of life. Time to send them all to the Middle East region, where my ancestors came from and bring those capitalist from other countries here. Fair exchange?

Sounds like a fair trade to me. The Democrats haven't said one good thing about the US economy, I'm sure your ancestors and those from your ancestors homeland wouldn't mind getting a bit of the American dream. :)

Every now and then an uncommon man steps forward and becomes a living example to the rest of us.
Of the subtle, yet essential difference between crazy and stupid.
Most of Howard Dean's campaign is craziness---anti-war is typical craziness. Cutting economy-stimulating tax cuts is crazy. Permission from the UN is crazy.
But the real test is when a politician of long experience embraces certain positions of political suicide, publicly advocates them in the campaign. The insane generally know they must conceal their insanity, and by and large they do a good job at that. They might think raising taxes is a beneficial thing, but they do not say it, for they know the net is overhead and they fear captivity. They might think the bloody tyranny of Saddam Hussein did not detract from the Iraqi standard of living, but they do not proclaim it in public.
They're not stupid.
Howard Dean is stupid. So dreadfully stupid, even John Kerry will not try to top it, and he's a senator. So stupid even Bill Clinton would disagree with him, and he's Bill Clinton.
Our feeble hopes of a political comeback by Howard Dean are dashed for good.
So long, Ho Ho. Yee-ah and farewell. :(

Dear God, please rid our public places of this lowlife piece of cr*p -- and of his every other envy-motivated and hatred and rage-engined un-and-anti-American fellow "DemocRAT" pretender to our nation's high offices.
Amen -- Brian

That's where the current War [WW-IV] began.
With the traitor, Jimmah KKKartah's gutless and moronic "leave them alone and they will come home" approach to the Iranians' attack [Act of War] on our Teheran Embassy and capture of our State Department employees.
[And don't even get me started on his haven given effective ownership, operation and control of our canal in Panama to Peking's mass-murdering gangsters -- and speculating on the awful consequences that foul treachery will eventually visit upon us!]

To: Graymatter
He'll keep running until he runs out of money. And then he will run next to Dennis comb-over and Al Sharpton. Howard won't be entirely gone, just unlikely to win the nomination.

"You can say that it's great that Saddam is gone and I'm sure that a lot of Iraqis feel it is great that Saddam is gone," Dean said yesterday in answer to a question in Manchester. "But a lot of them gave their lives. And their living standard is a whole lot worse now than it was before."This man is actually crazier than John McCaine.
And that's saying something.
In short, all I have to say to his observation is: EEEEEEEEEEYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!
