Yes, ladies and gentlemen, a man who wants to be president really did tell a joke about the potential shooting of a sitting vice president. Drudge talked about it on his show tonight. This is just amazing. The Republicans are the ones who are mean spirited????

The last local ER doc that saw my son (he went into resp distress due to bronchial infection that kicked off his asthma first illness in years) before transferring him to another facility after observing my sons ballistic movements due to severe Cerebral Palsy asked me point blank "You two live like this?" Yes I can shrug it off but it is best that we stay far away from hospitals due to his severe physical condition which is not terminal. I only take him if he needs treatment that I cannot provide as in this case IV antibiotics and a trial of breathing treatments or say if he needed a life saving surgery.

Doernbecher was such a great place but he grew into an adult and there just isn't any competent places to hold a wild body like his safely. But there are a lot of great Physicians who respect my sons right to life.

and closes them on command....he is a Gem. Travels well too. However he figured out on his own how to open the oven door and I had to put a child guard lock on the kitchen (garbage) door. Mydogs are not allowed in the kitchen but do sneak when I am napping.

Great help on the road when I need to do quick potty stops, my son is safe as they guard the van as territory.

We now have a third Lab whom we have known all his life (8yrs) who cannot sit still for very long. His parents are traveling as now they are retired. So it is a pleasure to take on a newbie. He seems to balance things out between my two labs.

Never a boring moment when we are homebound against are choice (complications with bronchi infect and asthma) Thank God CSPAN Dem Rallies are on since DO are to keep my son calm but he requires a lot of mental stimulation. Also Kolbe (dog) gets annoyed when my son coughs violently and gets up and runs to him then me untill I get up and suction. The last couple of pics will explain our set up. Kolbe sleeps at the foot of King Vanity's bed and the coughing bugs the dog.
