FYI it's being carried live on Cspan. They said coverage starts at 7 pm ET, with the actual caucus at 7:30 pm ET.

Nevermind, he's doing the Iraq Caucus, I flipped to CSPAN2 instead of 1. :)

Unfortunately, Dean self imploded before he had it all wrapped up. I have been a close follower of politics for over 25 years, and this freefall even surprises me. I think a ticket of Kerry at the top and Edwards as VP would provide a tough ticket for Bush. What do you all think?

I thought that guy was Louie Anderson when I first saw him earlier. LOL

Deanie Weenies at DU drinking the Kool-Aid: "The grassroots died tonight.... The campaigns of Gephardt (Unions), Kucinich (activists) and Dean were stomped today by the monied interests of the party...."
Actually they're right. Perhaps for the first time in their sad, misguided lives...

"There aren't any minorities There are there?" We have a pretty fair number of minorities in Iowa.
It's just that these people are not the type that would normally attend a caucus meeting. (Not all fit this description, but most.)

"From the looks of DU, most are headed for Wes Clark".
Yes it is amazing how the DUmmies are just jumping ship. I thought they would be hysterical, but that Dean support appears to be paper thin.

I agree with you about Gephardt - it's good that he's done.
Hopefully Dean comes back in NH.

They are going with the 'winner'. Any news outlet will do that. They're just being reporters.

Wish I had four TV's in one room to catch it all. Dean was on foxnews earlier and now on MSNBC saying if anyone told him a year ago he would finish third in Iowa he would have been thrilled. The guy can really fling it. Did you know Greta's hubby is campaigning for Kerry?
To: Carolinamom
As Carolinians, we have a special responsibility to inform the rest of the nation of our collective disdain for Edwards, a disdain that Carolina Republicans AND Democrats feel for this self-serving charlatan - (not Charlottean :^).
