Rep. Kucinich of Ohio just said on MSNBC that if he hears from the early estimates this afternoon that he is not getting 15% that he will throw his Iowa support to US Senator John Edwards of North Carolina.
He did not comment about if he was dropping out of the race or not.

Not to get to far ahead of events, but does Dean break off and go third party if things go bad for him? Who knows, but Dean does have the ego for that path. If it comes to that, I hope he does.

And the squirrel was his precinct organizer. Well, he was until he started playing inside that power transformer on the corner.

Wouldn't it be funny is there was no perceivable bump to Edwards?I'm counting on the fact that Kucinich's "muscle" may just be a asterisk next to Edward's name with no visible bump in Edward's numbers.

Not sure if foxnews reported it but I believe Dennis will only do this in Iowa and that all bets are off in NH, etc. I was hoping to hear he would bow out of the race TODAY!

Why are those men wearing bathing suit tops?

The green and white sign has a typo. They misspelled "fascists".

Excellent post. I heard about this deal on MSNBC, too, and you did well to put it up for discussion.
My comment is what strange bedfellows politics make.

Most of the Kucinich caucus-goers would probably have gone to Dean after Dennis the Menace was determined "non viable" in the first round. That's exactly what I thought...that the anti-war stance would go Kucinich/Dean. So much for the "principled" Kucinich stance to strike this deal...IMO.

The man just doesn't have what it takes for these troubled times.
