I'm cool with this. The only thing better than seeing Cynthia McKinney get pounded into thin red paste is seeing it happen TWICE! : )

I hope Majette's camp runs that footage over and over again.

One can only hope that Majette and McKinney end up beating each other in to a bloody pulp, figuratively, thus enabling a conservative Republican to win.

Not gonna happen in GA 4.
Majette won with 79% last time.

Well, I suppose it depends upon how you view reality television. To me, it's a freak show. Of course, some people probably see freak shows as being good entertainment so...
To: Killborn
Majette is liberal, but not nearly as wacko as McKinney.
Majette voted in the 2000 GOP primary for Alan Keyes.

I agree, it is a freakshow. This sounds cliched but there is nothing real about reality TV. It's stupid and wasteful.
Using this definition, to answer my own question, politics becoming reality TV is a bad thing because politics deal with issues that are important to our way of living, our convictions, and our freedom. If all this is reduced to a mere circus act, many people will ignore these subjects and we may end up losing everything we hold dear.

Majette voted in the 2000 GOP primary for Alan Keyes.Which proves exactly nothing. When you read that a Democrat voted in a GOP primary, you know that the state has an open primary. I live in Wisconsin; Wisconsin has an open primary & I will be voting for Sharpie (if he's on the ballot). In the general election, I will vote for GW.

I live in GA, I live in the 4th district. I know about the open primary.
My point was that Majette is far less wacko than McKinney.
Majette's vote for Alan Keyes in 2000 DOES mean something.
