God bless you.
If THEY won't do it with the tools they have, that only leaves you and I with the tools we can get.
Best Regards,

Anyone else think it is odd Bush is childlike in his excitement over going to the Moon and Mars for people to inhabit down the road when we are in Afghanistan and Iraq? Wonder if the border's will have control in space?

Federal Immigration and Nationality Act
Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii)
"Any person who . . . encourages or induces an alien to . . . reside . . . knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such . . . residence is . . . in violation of law, shall be punished as provided . . . for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs . . . fined under title 18 . . . imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both."
Is W in violation of this act?

2004 entrant surge is under way
Planes, buses, vans carrying thousands north
By Michael Marizco
ARIZONA DAILY STAR
HERMOSILLO, Sonora - The shrill whine of the jet engines slowed, and amid businessmen in suits, families and tourists, Pablo Silva emerged in a faded, dirty shirt and a baseball cap.
His first time on a plane, he was heading for the border where he would meet a smuggler to take him across.
Tuesday, he joined the first crush of illegal entrants who will be smuggled into the United States this year, a wave border agents gear up for each January.

Latin American nations oppose U.S. at summit
REUTERS
MONTERREY, Mexico - Latin American nations resisted U.S. efforts on Sunday to push trade issues and tough sanctions against corrupt governments center stage at a regional summit this week.
U.S. officials want leaders throughout the Americas to commit to reaching a 34-nation free-trade pact by January 2005, and they are proposing that the most corrupt governments face possible exclusion from regional meetings.
But several Latin American nations, worried about strong U.S. influence in the region, were blocking the proposals.
They insisted the two-day Summit of the Americas, which starts today in Mexico's northern city of Monterrey, stick to the issues it was originally called to discuss - poverty, economic and social development, and democracy.
