Attorney Ken Connor on Greta tonight (update on saving Terri Schiavo)
On the Record with Greta Van Sustern
| FoxNews

There is still time to tune in Greta tonight, She will be interviewing Florida State's Attorney Ken Connor tonight regarding the Terri Schiavo law and lawsuit.
The latest we HAD heard on this was that a new judge, Judge Nelly Khouzam 'may' have taken over on the Terri Schiavo constitutionality question, effective January 1st 2004.
Judge Baird may have RUSHED to judge this law, holding a 'quickie' mini-hearing on his LAST DAY as judge in civil court.
Judge Baird claimed he had heard enough to make a ruling on summary judgement, but he appears to have been barred from ruling before other issues get decided later this month.
Judges Baird and Khouzam seem to be fighting over which of them will be able to eventually decide this case. This case is no longer in Judge Baird's jurisdiction.
Attorney Felos and Michael Schiavo have been VERY quiet on this subject since January 1st. That seems to indicate they are scared and may be on very thin ice at the moment. Terri MAY be winning. Any news we learn from Ken Connor should be VERY intersting!
Greta's show is on at 10pm eastern on FoxNews channel, with a repeat at 3am Saturday morning.
Here is another important recent thread... Update On Terri Schiavo, or, Being a Judge Means Never Having to Say, "I was Wrong"

Good point.
MS automatically inherits ALL Terri's jointly held marital estate as long as he is married to her when she dies. He has enriched himself through use of her rehab funds to have her put to death...which in turn will allow him to profit by not having to split the marital property as he would have in a divorce.
He also benefited by liquidating her life insurance policy soon after she became disabled, according to his deposition given prior to the 2000 trial.
Now that Bush's request to have Wolfson reappointed as her guardian has been denied, if the Schindler's request for same is also denied by Greer - how can Terri dissolve her marriage to this hideous creep?

Greta's show isn't scheduled to be aired again. There might be a chance some of the FNC weekend shows will include it in their "best-of" segments: An email request might help get it re-aired...
Sunday Best with Jane Skinner - Sunday at 9 p.m. ET and Monday at 12 a.m ET
(I can't find Jane's email address, so this is generic)

The Big Story Weekend with Rita Cosby - Saturday at 9 p.m. ET and Sunday at 12 a.m ET

Terri has a normal amount of cortex, but it is being compressed by fluid on her brain that NEEDS to be shunted off.
Is that what is causing that blotch on her brain? (Referring to the x-rays shown on LKlive?) Yes, exactly. Each CAT scan shows only a thin cross section, so the machine takes dozens of them. Felos carries around the ONE that shows the MOST water, and therefore claims her skull is empty, "no cortex at all".

Anyone have pictures of Jodi or Michael's new home?

>>no mention of Khouzam being Baird's replacement or the betting allegations.
thats right, the BETTING allegations on Terri's life in Judge BAIRD'S court would be a good point for Greta to ask.
I'd also love to hear her ask Felos:
- So George, there 'seems' to be a lot of conflicting evidence showing Terri HAS consciousness that the court refuses to hear.
- And if it turns out Michael is LYING about Terri's wishes, because Michael wants to MARRY HIS FIANCE, then aren't you an accomplice to MURDER?

The louse can not answer a question and stray from his scripted, pat answers. Watching him last night made my skin crawl. FELOUSE! : ) If he makes your skin crawl, gee, I just wonder what his Maker thinks of him? (I don't really wonder, I believe I know.

"I also just started listening to the earlier Highway2Health broadcast from 1/7/2004, where the doctor released some shocking news I hadn't heard before ... Michael first called Terri's father that night in 1990, and said "I'm sorry Bob, but Terri is DEAD"! Bob Schindler told Terri's brother Bobby to get over there immediately, and Michael was sitting on the couch, reading a magazine (not holding Terri in his arms like he told Larry King). It was Bobby that first issued CPR, even though Michael KNEW CPR!"
I may have missed it...is there a link to the article that contains this? This is very important news and I want to pass it on far and wide. THanks

Thanks for the ping. Silly me waited until the wee hours of the morning to catch the rerun not realizing I could easily read the transcript. It was worth it to hear that Connor will take this to the Supremes.

Now that would be great! I'll bet she would be a bulldog on this, and not get taken in by the crap being thrown around. I get the feeling she's not just driven by ratings. I could be wrong, but if she spent some real time investigating this, I'll bet she would really have her eyes opened.

I may be jumping the gun, as I haven't finished reading the thread yet, but I have to comment. Felos stated "Terri's condition is essentially the SAME as it has been the past thirteen years." Does that mean she's just the same as when MS photographed her (or was it video) outside enjoying the sunshine, so the jury could see what a vibrant woman she is and award over a million dollars for her long term care?

"I may have missed it...is there a link to the article that contains this? This is very important news and I want to pass it on far and wide." This was in a radio broadcast, not in print. The 1-7-04 interview with Dr. Hammesfahr, who has met with and evaluated Terri, is at Highway2Health, here.
Also, Carla Iyer, RN, the nurse who was fired for reporting MS's suspected injection of Terri with insulin, will be interviewed by Ron Panzer on Highway2Health this Tuesday, Jan. 13 at 10 p.m. Eastern, 6 p.m. Pacific. Details and link here.

"Felos stated "Terri's condition is essentially the SAME as it has been the past thirteen years." Also, she can't be terminal if her condition has remained unchanged for 13 years, can she?
Like the Chatty Cathy doll, he can only come up with a limited number of carefully worded 'talking points' which quickly ring hollow on close inspection and comparison to other FelosFraudSquad 'talking points.'

Special thanks to Fl engineer!
I also sent another note to Greta.
Another thread was a Yahoo article. I signed up to Yahoo so I could get on the message board and point people to terrisfight.org
Am going to try Hannity and Colmes again and another note to the governors office.
Thanks for keeping us posted.

Hi, Shelty -- I don't know if you've seen this series of pictures & dialogue that shows intention on Terri's part. This is an excellent thread in general, see the transcript of Greta's show above.

But of course he doesn't have to USE that cool million for the kind of care represented to the jury as necessary, any more than the mothers getting soi-disant "child support" have to spend it on the child!
