I may be jumping the gun, as I haven't finished reading the thread yet, but I have to comment. Felos stated "Terri's condition is essentially the SAME as it has been the past thirteen years." Does that mean she's just the same as when MS photographed her (or was it video) outside enjoying the sunshine, so the jury could see what a vibrant woman she is and award over a million dollars for her long term care?

Like the Chatty Cathy doll, he can only come up with a limited number of carefully worded 'talking points' which quickly ring hollow on close inspection and comparison to other FelosFraudSquad 'talking points.'

But of course he doesn't have to USE that cool million for the kind of care represented to the jury as necessary, any more than the mothers getting soi-disant "child support" have to spend it on the child!
