Seeking Charity That Helps "Moms Who Chose Not To Abort"

Can anyone refer me to a charitable organization that INdirectly helps to discourage abortions, by providing such things as:
- direct aid (shelter, food, medical care for mother and fetus, job assistance, counseling) to poor pregnant women who otherwise might feel more economic pressure to abort;
- assistance in linking up pregnant women with adoptive parents, perhaps with the latter helping to provide medical care $$.
Ideally, I'm looking for a charity that does NOT expressly DIScourage abortion -- it just keeps quiet about it -- and instead ENcourages adoption as an alternative. (I have nothing against peaceful protest against abortion, so please don't misunderstand me there. It's just that I already know several organizations along those lines.)

Depends on where you are.
Various Roman Catholic organizations exist which have names that don't lead you to believe that they are pro-life. They give free pregnancy tests, and make every effort to very carfully change a woman's mind against abortion. I had a friend who worked at one here in No. VA called "Women's Choice". It was never evident that it was funded by the Roman Catholic Church, and you can see the name doesn't give away what it is about.
In fact, I don't know how they handled the situation where the woman insisted on abortion - whether they would refer her to another clinic or not.
I'll ask my friend and get back to you.
Let me know if this helps.

most pregnancy centers do that
http://www.covenantnews.com/pregnant/ also, every Roman Catholic diocese in the USA has a Project Rachel office and program and when you call the respect life office of your diocese, they can give you a list of crisis pregnancy centers in your area.
http://home.wi.rr.com/noparh/CNAU.html Jeremiah 31:15-17
Thus says the LORD:
In Ramah is heard the sound of moaning, of bitter weeping! Rachel mourns her children, she refuses to be consoled because her children are no more.
Thus says the LORD:
Cease your cries of mourning. Wipe the tears from your eyes. The sorrow you have shown shall have its reward...there is hope for your future.
The Project Rachel Prayer:
Lord, Touch us with your tender grace. Fill us with your forgiveness. Mary, Bless us with peace and new life.

Here are a couple:
Good Counsel Homes
Good Counsel Homes
"We operate homes for a mom to live within throughout her pregnancy and up to a year following the birth of her baby. Parenting, healthcare, nutrition, career guidance, counseling and chastity are taught by our caring staff and volunteers."
The Human Life Foundation
Founded by a now-deceased associate publisher of National Review.
The Human Life Foundation
"The Human Life Foundation, Inc. is an independent, non-sectarian, not- for-profit 501 © (3) corporation started in 1975 by the late James P. McFadden to promote and help provide alternatives to abortion. We pursue these goals through educational and charitable means. The Foundation also sponsors a matching grant program which helps support crisis pregnancy centers around the country."
They also publish a quarterly magazine devoted to pro-life.
The Human Life Review
"The Human Life Review is the only publication of its kind in the world: a journal devoted to life issues, primarily abortion (William F. Buckley has praised it as "the focus of civilized discussion of the abortion issue"), but also "neonaticide," genetic engineering, cloning, and fetal tissue experimentation, as well as the end-of-life issues of euthanasia, assisted suicide and suicide. We also publish articles dealing with more general questions of family and society: what the "abortion mentality" has done to our culture; how moral relativism has pervaded our political process as well as our educational system; and how the debates over day care and the children's rights movements, as well as the controversy over health-care and end-of-life decision making, reflect a society sharply divided on the most basic moral questions."

About ten years ago I was trying to help a young lady find some economic assistance for medical care so that she could carry a child she couldn't afford to raise to term so that the baby could be adopted. Most people were advising her to abort but she didn't want the child to pay for her mistake.
I was astonished that the adoption agency couldn't help without creating legal problems. She eked through with minimal doctor visits (and no insurance to pay for them), the adoption agency paid for the delivery and the baby was placed with a loving family.
