I must really dislike business travel if I'm happy to be back on the Laci threads. :)

Here is an idea: Instead of moving the trial, let's just move Scott directly into the gas chamber, which is where he belongs, anyway.

Did anyone see Larry King Live last night? I missed it, but have been reading the transcript:
http://www.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0401/07/lkl.00.html JoEllan Demetrius is working for Geragross. Isn't this exchange a violation of the GAG order??
*****
KING: There's a lot then that we don't know.
DIMITRIUS: Absolutely. I think people will be shocked to learn what else is out there.
KING: Are you saying the defense in this case, no matter where this trial is held, will surprise us?
DIMITRIUS: Oh, my goodness, yes. Absolutely.
KING: Really?
DIMITRIUS: Yes.
KING: You're so affirmative. Things you know.
DIMITRIUS: Things I know.

Oh, puke!
http://www.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0401/07/lkl.00.html Ted Rowlands:
"One other thing I want to pass along, Larry, the confidence that Joe Ellen had just a moment ago I got from Jackie Peterson tonight. She came out of the jail visiting Scott and she said in the end he is going to walk and she did seem very confident going into this thing."

I didn't hear Dimitrius make the comments you quoted, but I did hear the remark you quoted by Ted Rowlands.
I saw one part where a caller called in and asked, "who is paying for the defense now?" And King just was very dismissive, in that someone on his panel said shortly, "The Petersons have money", and he repeated that, "The Petersons have money." He might have said "Period" after that, b/c that's the tone in which he said it.
Larry King makes me vomit. He is such a smarmy liberal ass; usually it doesn't matter, b/c he just sits there like the milquetoast he is. But every now and then one sees that little undercurrent of anger that he carries for anyone who doesn't fully embrace his liberal views.
I know that it's not necessarily a liberal thing to defend Scott, but I assume that the reason Larry is so squarely pro-Scott is b/c Scott is represented by one of Larry's good friends, a fellow Clinton-era libnut--Mark Geragos.

Oh, and keep reading the transcript till you get to the callers! There was one funny caller that phoned in and said something--I couldn't quite hear what it was--about "hiding his bald spot". I think the caller was referring to Larry.
Larry just shrugged off the call, but a little later he seemed to be just a bit miffed; he said, "I don't know what that caller was talking about, and he waited on the line one hour just to say that..."

I find it extremely difficult to watch Larry because *spittle* settles in the corners of his mouth. My brain keeps screaming "Somebody hand that guy a tissue!!!" and I end up missing the show anyway.
What WAS that comment about the bald spot? I did see it in the transcript. They were referring to Larry's bald spot? And someone who was dropped on their head? Confusing.

Yes it does wound like a gag violation...orchestrated by MG of course!
Remember all of the times he said that they had proof that someone other than Snott killed Laci? To me this is just another way for him to get that message out whatever way he can. I sure hope someone in the Prosecutors office sees this and calls it to the attention of Judge G.

Breaking on FNC: the trial will receive a change of venue. I'm sure Geragos would like it moved to San Diego.
