Yes it does wound like a gag violation...orchestrated by MG of course!
Remember all of the times he said that they had proof that someone other than Snott killed Laci? To me this is just another way for him to get that message out whatever way he can. I sure hope someone in the Prosecutors office sees this and calls it to the attention of Judge G.

I wondered the same thing-her comments were typical Geragos spin, straight from part of the Gerogos team. When the trial happens we'll see a big fat nothing from the defense.
