I think it will go to San Jose, Santa Clara County.

Actually, I'm sure Geragos wants the trial moved to LA, since this is where his offices are located. Which would also be a plus for Gloria Allred (same proximity), now thinking of it, lol.
However, this would not be a practical move at all, not to mention how much this could cost the taxpaxers in Modesto.
