Apparently, Howard Dean is AFRAID to have his sealed records scrutinized.

But to hide for a decade documents from a public official´s tenure in the statehouse for nothing but political reasons conflicts with the public interest. Perhaps my tinfoil hat is showing, but I suspect it is not politics at the root of Deans unwillingness to release his records, but a desire to see the statute of limitations expire before his records are available for inspection.

Very likely it's the correspondence with Enron that is of most concern to Coward Dean.
He tried to duplicate, in Vermont, an 'offshore' environment for large corporations.

FIRST UNSEAL
SHRILLERY'S MARXIST RANT OF A THESIS!
THEN WORRY ABOUT DEAN'S MARXIST EVIDENCE.

And speaking of Howie and records, is anyone bothering to check Howie's assertions about his fund-raising, do you suppose? If not, I take it we're supposed to just take Howie's word for the fact that his donations are small and mostly coming from the little people.
Note to the media (and Howie's opponents): Trust but verify :)

, when a lawsuit threatened to open the files, he suddenly was not so confident in the role of the bench, and changed course yet again.God help me but I couldn't help but get a picture of an ant scurrying to get away from the beam generated by a 9-year-old me wielding a magnifying glass on a summer day...funny how the ant has Dean's head. :-))

Howie's fund raising is a concern of mine also. From articles posted here about his "little people" --- they are ragged, derelict, and unemployed, in addition to the left-wing, brainwashed students.

Dean invited corporations to his state with the offer of huge tax concessions.
IMO that is a good thing, but how hypocritical for him to be bashing President Bush for helping corporations.
Enron actually did set up an insurance corporation in Vermont......

What you're saying, is Dean will have a hard time running against his past history. Singing a whole different song now, than he's sang in the past?

He raised taxes big time in Vermont but he also advocated gun rights, tax breaks for coroporations to bring jobs to Vermont, and he advocated cutting the INCREASE in medicare funding.
Of course, his personal style was always off the kookburger chart.
He pushed expensive social programs which were paid for with increased taxes.

Don't get it. Even if he tries to "conceal", there are public records, records of votes, bills, hundreds of newspapaer articles, and thousands of people with info... How can he conceal what he has done?
