Because of tighter security along the border, Tucson's federal court has one of the highest prosecution rates in the nation for illegal immigrants and drug smugglers.

Nineteen men and one woman filed into a federal courtroom in shackles earlier this month, hoping their admissions of guilt would bring leniency so - as many admitted - they could commit their crimes again. These 20 people were among 2,600 accused of illegal entry into the United States who were represented in fiscal 2003 by a team of 13 immigration attorneys in Tucson's federal Public Defender's Office, said Fred Kay, the lead defense attorney in the office.

We need to start making the punishment strong enough to actually work as a deterrent!

If these invaders would work half so hard to fight corruption and reform their own country as they do to infiltrate ours, Mex. and So. America could quickly be transformed into decent places to live. They have no shortage of natural resources, or workers, just the national will's to fix their own problems.

If they really need a revolution to straiten out their home countries so be it, we should sit it out and let it happen.
"This" generation might suffer some losses, as our own revolutionaries did, but "the children" of the next generation would reap the benefits in their own country that these invaders claim the they are seeking here.

They go to jail less than a year for drug smuggling? Domestic dealers get worse than this. Something doesn't add up.

Such are the consequences of more than seven decades of "DemocRAT" potty ownership, operation and control of every lever of every power -- most of them unlawful, illegal and unconstitutional -- of America's feral gummint.

Such are the consequences of that gang's apparently almost total emasculation, feminization, homosexualization and/or criminalization of those who pose as "Republicans" -- and of the craven and gutless so-called "Republicans'" absolute capitulation before it.

[We send them to do Good, the "DemocRATic" machine gets hold of them -- and they continue to stay only to "do well"]

And such are the further consequences of all of the above having facilitated the organized criminals who have forced out our nation's lawyers and who have co-opted what now passes for its courts to the purpose of our Absolute Rule by way of tyranical judicial fiat.

All of these combined left-wing gangs, with the concurrence of generations of wimpish RINOs -- and with the assistance of such overtly terroristic gangs as the ACLU -- have wilfully and insidiously so corrupted the whole process of "law enforcement" and "criminal justice" that the foreign enemies we face throughout the world and their un-and-anti-American domestic left-wing allies now use their ownership operation and control of Mexico's and of Canada's "people smugglers" and their manipulation of our own feral gummint -- "courts" and all -- as a tactic by way of which their hostile colonization by salted-by-trained-enemy-agents millions of unassimilable third world savages continues unchecked and unabated.

Unless this insidious process can be halted and every criminal alien and his every offspring rounded up and, while being afforded the same respect FROM our nation's Law as he has demonstrably thus far shown it, deported; the fact we have lost control of our nation's borders language and culture, having become institutionalized will be the turning point that marks the beginning of the end of both Our Beloved FRaternal Republic and of Mankind's only hope of survival: the Judeo-Christian/Western Civilization our nation has long vanguarded -- and must for ever guard.

Blessings, All Y'All to every one of you and to every one every one of you loves.

And best wishes for a wonderful 2004 and my prayers that every one of you and every one of those you love will spend the coming year in the celebration of God-given Life and Liberty -- and, most importantly, in celebration of our absolute and God-given Right to the Pursuit of Happiness.

"Rather, she said, attorneys work to educate their clients on what they are risking by continuing to cross illegally while helping secure reduced sentences so they are not locked up for long periods of time."

ROFLOL, just what is it they are risking? Another slap on the wrist? I think they should be held a minimum of two years in jail without bail until their case is heard.

They'll all be back in time for the amnesty that our President intends to grant them.

The clear answer here is that they should be permanently banned from reentering the U.S. for ANY reason upon the FIRST offense.

Come back after being deported and you get 2-5 at hard labor, as in time to bring back the chain gangs!

They'd rather have everything done for them --- too much effort to tell their upper class it's time for a change. I think they'd have it fairly easy --- unlike what our American Revolutionaries had to fight, the Mexican elite are not going to fight back ---- they would flee to Europe the minute they thought it was starting.

For the first few years we would have the cleanest roads in the world.
