To be honest, I don't mind posted threads like this. I often learn things.

same here... and the thread is still here.

Dollars to donuts says this silly girl (who hasn't learned a thing from her cousin's untimely end) teaches at Paideia School in Atlanta.

That school is the No. 1 harborer of anti-war hippies, greenies, ELFies, Palestinian sympathizers, and other liberal loons. It's non-graded, progressive, open campus, all that stuff that was tried (and failed) in the 60s. There are enough libs and symps at Emory University who keep sending their kids there to keep the place going.

I didn't write the stupid article, I just posted it. Does (Israeli bulldozer squished girl's cousin carries on) and the key word arafatswhore look like something someone who agreed with the babel would have said?

The AM must have figured it out because I was un-zotted.

You reckon it's one of our returning trolls, or just a masochist or a newbie who doesn't know any better? There was no barf alert.

Key words can be emplaced by anyone reading the thread; that, in itself, means nothing. The fact that you didn't post an opinion in response #1 also is a trait exhibited by trolls, who often use mis-named articles to post Barbra Streisand. Also the fact that you didn't respond to any messages is usually an indicator of troll activity. Add all of those to a new enrollee just registered today, and that usually means Kitty-bait.

If you are not a troll .. and, in my opinion, the jury is still out on that, but I am more than willing to give you enough rope to hang yourself .. then you have my abject apologies.

Today must be the day left-wing reporters are writing about injustice to the Palestinians by the Israelis. Hear is another similar story:

Okay you guys, I'm gonna go out on a limb here. While I understand the sympathies (or lack of them) that you all express for this poor little moron and her equally unenlightened family, I have to admit that I find a lot of the comments in remarkably bad taste. It reminds me of a thread I saw at the DU one time where they were making fun of Barbara Olsen. There are some things in which we should show a little more respect than the bottom feeders over there. While I'll be the first to admit that Rachael Corrie paid the price for her stupidity, I think it is beneath FReepers to laugh at someone else's grief.

You've come to the wrong place looking for sympathy for murdering Palistinian muslims and their supporters!

There's danger out on the nations' roads
They're paved with snakes and flattened toads,
And soldiers drive in bulldozers so big
They can flatten a cow, or a horse, or a manatee
And those who survive are a lucky few,
But there's one brave activist who made it through
And I'm here to tell the tale to you of Sailcorrie

Sailcorrie? Sailcorrie!

She was protesting with rage in her face,
When strange radiation from outer space
Turned her into a super invincible activist
When a bulldozer ran her down with a hideous splat!
Ah, she couldn't be killed, but she still could be squished
And she lay in the passing lane shakin' her fist
Then some kids helped her fly with a flick of the wrist
And that was the birth of Sailcorrie

Sailcorrie! Sailcorrie!

She rolled after that bulldozer like a buzz saw unleashed,
And she sliced it in two like a knife through a peach
One bulldozer half took the high road, the other the low
And the message went out on CB radio.
Breaker, breaker, lookout, watch your back
Be afraid there's a Frisbee-like activist who's a mighty sharp blade.
So the feared and revered reputation was made of Sailcorrie

Sailcorrie! Sailcorrie!

She's been known to cut redwoods and stop a whole fleet,
When a fam'ly of tapeworms was crossin' the street
And when Mom's having trouble with Thanksgiving plans
She has even dropped by to help open some cans
Or when someone's depressed or has had a bad day,
She unerringly knows just the right things to say

Don't be depressed, xyz123. People love you because you're big and fat and ugly. Go with it!
Then she'll ask for a toss, and be on her way
She's Sailcorrie! Sailcorrie!

(song to the 'Legend of Sailcat')

I wasn't comparing the individuals, but the context. Yes, I agree, she was a communist, America hating, ignorant little twit, but she was still somebody's child. The best parents can have a child make bad choices for a time and what happened to her was a tragedy. The only comparison I was making was of the tone and quality of the rhetoric. We are highly visible and I just think the way FReepers are carrying on on this thread speaks poorly of us.
