The software prevents some from doing so, but some know a way around it.
But if they do get around it, there are ways Jim can often figure out if someone is a returning bannee. And when one is found, then it is nuke city, and everything they came back to post gets removed, and the net effect is that they just wasted their own time.
Eventually, they generally realize that it takes significantly more of their time to do it, for no lasting results, than it takes for us to remove them again, and they move on.
Some hard cases never quit though. Some go through literally hundreds of names. What they think they are accomplishing is anyone's guess.

What's it feel like to have total control?
Be honest. You like it....!

I would hate to think
that his heart would give out
because the sun is shining
and my dog is kissing my feet
and my new age guru Chief Running Nose
said that we are due for a pole shift
and it was rude to treat Saddam that way
and I'm gonna vote for Kuchinich anyway
because I don't like blood
its messy and it scares my dog
I love you

Guess we could ask for price controls. You won't get price controls when Bush's oil buddies are cashin' in. Doncha know?

Hey, it's a free market. If gas is priced too high, don't buy it.

Why is the sky blue?
Why are kittens cute?
Why am I asking these questions?
To: Amelia
Good guess, except I was unable to dumb it down enough to make it accurate...
To: Fred Mertz
Price controls worked really great for Nixon and Carter. 'Course, they had other shortcomings as well.

Lower demand is supposed to mean lower prices, but that's not the way it's going. I wonder why?
