The software prevents some from doing so, but some know a way around it.

But if they do get around it, there are ways Jim can often figure out if someone is a returning bannee. And when one is found, then it is nuke city, and everything they came back to post gets removed, and the net effect is that they just wasted their own time.

Eventually, they generally realize that it takes significantly more of their time to do it, for no lasting results, than it takes for us to remove them again, and they move on.

Some hard cases never quit though. Some go through literally hundreds of names. What they think they are accomplishing is anyone's guess.

What happens when they use up all possible names and NO ONE can become a Freeper??? Does FreeRepublic come to a screeching halt?
