I'm quite happy to have LIFE AND DEATH level prayer requests get the maximum air time and exposure in NEWS AND BREAKING NEWS.

Jim is a great guy to allow that.

If your arm gets to fatigued scrolling by the prayer threads--even at their most plentiful--then perhaps you need an artificial arm or voice activation.

Methinks you are looking over hard at something to be annoyed by.

You could be setting yourself up to have a dear loved one at death's door and wanting prayer yourself. Would you prefer the requests be posted in a relatively seldom seen religion section or in the most populated section? Charity would look better on you about this issue, IMHO.

To get to Word For The Day, you must take the short bus to the chat area. There you will find loving folks who will fill you in on all kinds of things you never wanted to know nor cared about. The gig is you have to use the WFTD in a sentence and bring in a link to back up your sentence; or you can make up a poem with the WFTD in it; or you can bring the Teacher (usually Miss Rika) a Bloody Mary and she will give you an A for your usage and an A+ for the Bloody Mary.

Posts were pulled when a certain person would come in to cry about animals being murdered just for the eating of them, but that's about all.

But those were not posts by any of the WFTDers - and we didn't have the ZOTS back then or the viking kitties!!!

Someone had to end my viginity. It might as well be someone I "know." LOL. On the other hand, I suspect there was one poster on the Balkan threads, that hit the abuse button for awhile, every time I posted there. But for whatever reason, if so, it didn't work, since even on those threads, I don't think I had one post pulled. Not bad for a guy who admitted he once supported McCain and Governor Davis, now is it?

Try experimenting with your browser's font size preferences. Mine is set to "Larger" (MSIE) and I never noticed there was a relative difference between the "Number" size and the text size. This will probably be corrected in a future release.

The "Post Article" link disappeared from the search when we changed the Search program to search ALL forums at once. The same program and same results screen is used for all forums now. You can choose the forum you would like to post to from the forum list found near the top of the right-hand sidebar on that page.
