I think Jim and Mods do a hurculean job in incredably admirable ways for nothing or near it.

Yes, there are biases and sensibilities and days with gas pains, days of pique, days of orneriness for probably all of us.

So what.

FR is made up of humans who amazingly often act like angels but are NOT, in fact, angels.

Your bitterness may well eat you alive before you find relief if you don't determine to let it go.

In any complex context made up of complex human critters--even those under some generalized umbrella called "CONSERVATIVE," there is a huge amount of diversity and capacity to offend and be offended. Maturity and wisdom dictate ignoring most offenses unless one wants to die young or have raging ulcers to whine about. Besides, evidently we will be forgiven akin to how and how much we have forgiven others. Graciousness wears well on virtually anyone.

If your whine goes back to being bottle fed instead of breast fed, I doubt the admin moderators or Jim can ever compensate you to your satisfaction. If your whine goes back to daddy giving you more belt instead of arm around the shoulder, I doubt Jim can ever compensate you to your satisfaction.

Bitterness is corrosive, poisonous, biting, . . . and generally boomerings back on one worse than it influences others.

This is a priceless great place for the Republic and for thousands of individuals and families. It's not Heaven though some of us may at times wonder. But it's precious.

I suspect you COULD focus a LOT more on the precious sufficiently strongly and often to forget about the bitterness triggers. Your health, life and FR time would be much more positive if you managed to do that.

You might even have a better shot at Heaven. Forgiveness is evidently also part of our reaping and sowing.

I want you all to know that I appreciate Free Republic and this is the first place I go to get news. Breaking news gets reported here first; the secret trip of Prsident Bush to Iraq for Thanksgiving is just one example that I can think of. Thanks for making FR possible! :)

If you want to line dance, you must leave WFTD to another thread. There are more line dancing out there than we all know about. We just kind of do the waltz with a few spinners at WFTD. LOL!

We did have threads pulled in the beginning, though. They are missing forever in cyberspace. I think we kind of, sort of, maybe, went overboard in our use of the words on thoes days.

Posts were pulled when a certain person would come in to cry about animals being murdered just for the eating of them, but that's about all.
