I am man enought to admit a mistake or an error. I cannot make the same claim for Rush. Yes you can. That is, if you're honest enough to admit an error. ;-)

Hmm.... You ought to hope your company doesn't find that if you have so much time to engage in internet discussion on their time, then maybe they don't need you. I think you're nuts for taking the chance, IT being what it is these days.

"As it turns out, it was someone from the bank who told him to structure his withdrawals in that way. This bank has told many, many celebrities and other moneyed people to do the same."
I heard that also - But that dosen't make it legal, which is why I suspect there is a lot more going on here then we know about.
I would suppose the FBI has interviewed the bank reps about exactly what was said in that conversation.

Please, what does this have to do with prosecutors obtaining and leaking private medical information? The 'money laundering' allegations weren't even in Florida, they were in NY.

"presecution", Whoops. persecution.

"One thing a company can never do is stifle your political persuassions/discussions."No they can't and shouldn't. But they have a right to expect you to take care of company business while you are on the clock, not play personal games on a company computer.
Opps, I forgot, you are a bastion of honesty. You said so yourself on this post.
For penitence you should get up off your butt, go to the men's room, look in the mirror and punch yourself in the nose. You expect no less from others!

"No the motivating factor in this one was the Heat was just around the corner."
"When the heat is on" will make a person stop but rarely does it make a person quit, or hit bottom. Please note the qualifying word of "rarely" as some people get the clue.

"[Rush] Bashed Clinton for not owning up to his lies and perjury (crime) then goes and blames everyone else for his own faults."Are you disturbed enough to equate a traitorous, lying, impeached, disbarred, and convicted Bill Clinton with Rush Limbaugh??
Move waaay to the back row of the mental health assessment room. Your sense of proportional outrage is breathtakingly Lanny Davis-like.
To: antiRepublicrat
and Rush is trying to interfere with that investigation. How so? Has he violated any warrants or subpeonaes? What do you want from Rush? Help the DA put a noose around his own neck?

Rush support BUMP
He is their number one target...I laugh at the libs for thinking he'd come back in lesser form. LOL They wish ;)
To: Catholicguy
He had his illegal fun so he has no reason to make complaints now. "Can't do the time don't do the crime," apply only to poor blacks? I wonder what the "time" is, exactly. You know the customary sentence in a case like Rush's.

A crime is a crime is a crime is a crime. Although I find dope addiction and the methods used to obtain such drugs just as dispicable as the crime Clintoooon commited. No I am not disturbed. what is disturbing is that you would make ANY and every excuse to deflect the issue. Rush is a dope addict and the methods he used to obtain such drugs is illegal. So now I bet you will tell me that what he did is not illegal. It is all relative you know?

I hope he can get out of this mess without feeling indignant or virtuous. It's a time for humility and responsibility, but he should not receive more than community service. Yep. But that would come as part of a plea agreement.
- Plead guilty to a felony (Doc shopping seems to be the least damaging charge).
- Probation, community supervision, limited travel.
- Fines, court costs, & community service.
- Loss of civil privilege (firearms, voting).
I don't think it's likely El-Rushbo would agree to this.

I am no lib whatsoever but I laugh at Rush for being an utter hypocrit. It is now time for the people he has poked at over the years while sitting on his soapbox to come out against him. Take your medicine Rush. Be a man and take your medicine. You put yourself here. You made your own bed now lie in it!
