Blackrobes who have ruled for 70 years without basis in RATIFIED Constitutional law are outlaws, domestic enemies of our Constitution, the only social contract from which they derive any and all of their limited, temporary, lawful powers.

The excuse of stare decisis is a contrived "they made me do it" cowards' cop out to violate the only Constitution which affords them any status. With our Constitution so undermined, blackrobes are just bullies in black waitin' to get their justice when the consent dries up.

It is passed time that blackrobes are held to account for their mockery of The Law of the Land. They have no lawful power to change our Ratified Constitution. They have a doomed career path to rule as if they can nullify our Bill of Rights.

SCOTUS and it's inferiors should be told that they are not above our laws, despite what they rule to protect themselves, "for life". Either cowards or collaborators occupy the Congress and presidency. Over three generations of Constitutional corruptions tell me that we have an incumbant politicial politburo which embraces power over all else.

Congress should remove these tyrants before the people do. If not news, it is history.

How a local judge acknowledging a higher power with a symbol used by all three major religions is the same as Congress establishing a national religion remains a legal mystery –

It's not a mystery at all. The same people who bring these suits believe that these judges who make these rulings are the higher power, with Congress a mere annoyance. In fact, they have been cultivating this situation for years.

<< I see this "Democrats = blues states" nonsense is now completely ingrained in the culture, even though it was the GOP that has been traditionally designated in blue (before 2000) by the media. "Commie red" is a much more appropriate color for the Rats. >>

That one bothers me, too.

Well said.
Maryland was entirely "red" except for the little blue "melanoma cluster" just outside of DC, proper.
Unfortunately, that cluster decides the political fate of Maryland due to the sheer density of its "liberal" population.
The rest of Maryland spends its time in smouldering political rage and resentment.
We only vote once every election day and so far have not discovered the secrets of harnessing the "zombie" constituency.

"Their problem is they are so unhappy with their lives that they have to meddle in everyone else's life."

My theory is that they are actually trying to justify
-their- lives by forcing the rest of us to "accept" their evil via "legalizing" it.

Their subconscious/repressed guilt drives them to try to absolve themselves via the tyranny of forced "tolerance" laws.

After all, if it's legal, surely it can't be evil...right?

It all depends on how you define "tolerance and diversity." Conservatives and people of faith are simply excluded from their understanding of it.

I think the incumbent party is blue and the opposing party is red. In 2004, the Republican states will be blue.

Just once, I would like to see a township (after having been sued by the ACLU and losing), tell the ACLU to stick it and try enforcing the ruling. Just once.

The problem is that people believe in the RULE OF LAW. They will follow the rulings of the Judicial Activists failing to recognize that they are not basing their rulings on the RULE OF LAW, but rather on the RULE OF MEN.

Well stated response, Swordmaker. Sauropod, I understand your desire to just see the people who make stupid laws try to enforce them. I have the same desire.

However, the reality is that the liberal activists use the power of the state to enforce their edits. And it will be the state's enforcers (the various police agencies) will show up to take down the offending symbol, confiscate the assets, or arrest the person. Something I point out to anyone who says "There should be a law..."

It is necessary to have rules in society. And these rules have to be enforced somehow. But when the ACLU (or whoever) gets a ruling, that decision or policy is backed by government government force.

I'd like to know who decided that conservative rural states got assigned the color "red"
and urban liberal states got to be "blue"
It would be more in line with the Marxist ideologues of these areas to show their true colors
Guess that means among hot red bloodied patriot people rather than whose cyanic anemic
oxygen-less blood courses through their veins like frozen lard...

There should be a remake of "A Christmas Carol" with that ACLU lawyer as Ebenezer Scrooge.

The only difference is it would end not with the lawyer changing, but with him suing the Ghost of Christmas Future demanding his fate be changed to something more to his liking.

That reminds me of a quote from Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country:

Spock: If I were human....I believe I would tell them...go to hell.....if I were human.

Because the cr*p that the liberals are doing will eventually lead to a 2nd civil war not of mass armies but of death squads.

I'm afraid you're right. I wonder, which specific targets might the liberal side pick first? Bible schools?
