Foxnews: Loud blast outside the area of the Sheridan Hotel in Bagdad. Reporters (Fox) ran to rooftop to see if they could find where the blast occurred.
FoxNews showing flame near refinery---not the explosion. (Fox live video image coming from the Palestine Hotel area.)
