Cute post on your part. The writer has devoted reams of articles to the issues discussed in that paragraph, articles that have been posted on FR. Satisfying your vanity would require not a 3,000-word, but a 30,000-word article, which you also would have complained about, and refused to read. As for the statements about blacks failing the department tests, do you really think PDs keep official stats on "Black candidates who flunked our department aptitude and psychological exams, but who we hired anyway," or are you just blowing smoke?
As I said, if you're serious, you'll read the author's other 30,000 words on the topic for which you demand further information.

"I think that quote is one of Mr. Stix's "issues" coming to the fore in lieu of actual fact." Though he is not entirely wrong. I live on the edge of the "Hood" in Jersey City and there are places I will not go after dark; and if I ABSOLUTELY HAD TO, I would go armed, laws be dammned.
Urban Black youths are attracted to a hyper-macho attitude and that DOES lead to crime. Many are also anti-White rascists.
This from my own experiences.
