Though he is not entirely wrong. I live on the edge of the "Hood" in Jersey City and there are places I will not go after dark; and if I ABSOLUTELY HAD TO, I would go armed, laws be dammned.

Urban Black youths are attracted to a hyper-macho attitude and that DOES lead to crime. Many are also anti-White rascists.
