Almost all JC cops are white. While the hood has it's fair share of gangstas and gangsta wannabees, there are plenty of people who are just trying to make their way in the world and who are nice people.

Even black people who DRESS "urban" are usually just your average Joe. Unfortunately many intelligent and educated members of the Black community still see every Black person's problems as Whitey's fault.
