If a federal judge can issue an opinion premised on the finding that Chief Justice Moore is "Congress," why can't Moore, in his capacity as "Congress," tell the judge he's impeached?LOL! God bless Ann Coulter!

There are more than a few Freepers who need to read this very carefully.

She also forgot to mention how SCOFLAw changed the law in the Bush-Gore case in FL. Liberals are mad because the Supreme Court wouldn't let SCOFLAw break the law!

"The ACLU sued, and for not surrendering immediately, Moore and James were media-whores.If I didn't know better I'd say a good many Freepers made this same charge.

"Sessions of Congress open with prayer, the attorney general holds prayer meetings each morning in his office, the Supreme Court routinely asks that 'God save the United States and this honorable court.' All that seems required for such conduct to persist unchallenged is not to call attention to it." (Emphasis added.) Some Freepers need to read this.

Judge Moore is right.
ACLU is in a frenzy not only to destroy religion but also to promote pedophilia.
There are references to religions in scores of public places. As for the Ten Commandments, they are a code of conduct.

They already refuse to accept laws they don't like. They do it all the timerace-discrimination bans, bilingual education bans, marijuana bans. If you don't let them win every game, they walk off with the football. Liberalism has rules -- very strict ones:
1. Sex, in any form, is good.
2. America, in any form, is bad.
3. Christianity oppresses people.
4. Western philosophy is very, VERY, bad.
5. Eastern philosophy is truth and light.
Any questions?

In a solemn consideration of the present situation, that the liberal-leftists cannot be permitted a defeat, and those of conservative leaning must always be obligated to indulge the adolescent rants to placate the unwanted behavior, in the hope that the left will at last see reason and surrender their "non-negotiable" demands, the ratchet only works one way. Not an enviable position.
The only fortunate part of this dance is that as soon as the liberal-leftists have declared a "victory" they immediately abandon their campaign and divert their energies elsewhere. That is how they lost the Social Security and Medicare issues, and let the topics get back on the table, this time without the initatives on their side. They have had to ask themselves, is it more important to declare same-sex marriages legal and valid, or should Grandma have access to a prescription-drug benefit? So far, they have gone for the gay vote, while giving up the fight for a universal drug benefit. They can no longer be all things to all people.

It's the blue states that are constantly sending lawyers to the red states to bother everyone.
This couldn't be more true.

The men in black totally insulated from ethics, morality, and good common sense, teamed with the wild eyed liberals of the ACLU, Southern Poverty Law Center and others of the same ilk, seem to be hell bent on converting a once God fearing nation into a secular one. Marx's would be proud.
Detaching the country from its roots as a spititual nation will in the end leave us with a dispitited one.
Thankfully their are those who will not go without a fight.

Conservatives keep trying to play fair in the faint hope that, someday, liberals will play fair too. Note to conservatives: That will never happen. And to repeat:
That will never happen.
Shalom.

Any questions? You forgot one.
Government officials are inherently trustworthy, unless they are American government officials. Then they are lying.
Shalom.
