Don't worry. This, the Padilla, the 9th Circus will make it all the easier for Bush, and more importantly, GOP Senate candidates, to pound home the point about Judges next year. We now have an effective response to the worn-out Democratic line about Republican-appointed judges returning us to pre-Roe and pre-Brown days.
