No, I think we have an automatically renewing lease on the property and refused to give it up when Castro took over.

I'm not a lawyer either. I'm just a paralegal. But that still gives me a leg up on the left-wing sociology and womyn's studies majors when discussing the law.

By the way: I looked into it and the Ninth Circuit has 28 justices, not 14.
