An Arab can more easily disguise himself as a Mexican than he can a Canadian. Although your larger point is right on...ALL borders need to be secured.

Then again you don't need a disguise to get from Mexico, right? Just walk on over! Also, the documents are fake anyway. But it would NOT be funny if an Arab were to get by INS using an ID that listed his name as Lars Gustav from Sweden doing business for Volvo!
