You didn't actually answer my request for your definition of conservatism,

Conservatism is the struggle to retain whatever goodness remains in this country and by extension the world.

Government should be small enough so as not to interfere with life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness while being powerful enough to fight the evil that threatens it.

Define pornography. There is no authority in the Constitution to regulate it either.

  Except in a few very narrow cases, the Constution does not grant the right TO anything. Amendment X covers this. If you think the Constitution should protect you from porno or other offenses, go to France or Canada or join the Taliban. The Constitution specifically ALLOWS porno in Amendment I.

  There is no right to heterosexual behavior either. See Amendments I and X.

  Same argument. Your desire to see the Constitution as something that has to grant rights TO do things is frightening and has no place in a free society. There is no Constitutional right to fart in a public place either -- does that proscribe it?

  True. Many think we need to eliminate immigration but, controlled properly, immigration is a great social and economic tool and is what made this country great.

So on the conservative scale you are 1/2 conservative and 1/2 taliban with about 10% understanding the nature of the US Consitution. Take some more classes on Constitutional Law or learn from this site some more then come back when you have thought it through.
