Actually Hispanics are just as liberal as they always were - The problem (For them) is that at least 30% of Hispanics in the US are Illegals who can't vote.
And 30% of the Hispanic population growth in the future is projected to come from Illegal immigration - so Hispanics won't have any real effect in elections in 2004.

The problem (For them) is that at least 30% of Hispanics in the US are Illegals who can't vote. THere is NOTHING to stop illegals from voting. It is illegal to ask them for any kind of proof of identification or citizenship in connection with voting or registration.

You are assuming that the liberals play by the rules. I'd bet that 50-75% of those illegals will be registered and escorted to the polls by Dems. They'll offer them food, money and promises of citizenship.
