The problem (For them) is that at least 30% of Hispanics in the US are Illegals who can't vote.

THere is NOTHING to stop illegals from voting. It is illegal to ask them for any kind of proof of identification or citizenship in connection with voting or registration.

Oh they vote illegally, but it is much much harder for them to vote than it is for a Hispanic US citizen to vote, so the illegals don't make up that much of an electoral force (yet.)
