AH, FREEDOM (ACLU and NAMBLA Fighting For Americans)
Naples Daily News ^ | 12/6/2003 | Rocco DeStefano

Editor, Naples Daily News:

Jeffrey Curley was a 10-year-old who had his bike stolen in October 1997 in Massachusetts.

Charles Jaynes was a member of the North American Man-Boy Love Association. The association publishes literature on the subject of how to trick and sexually molest young boys and avoid prosecution.

Jaynes and Salvatore Sicari learned of his stolen bike and lured Jeffrey into their vehicle by offering him another bike and then proceeded to sexually sodomize him. When Jeffrey tried to resist, Jaynes smothered him with rags soaked in gasoline. They then dumped his body in a river. The men were caught and convicted of his murder.

During the investigation, it surfaced that Jaynes admitted that the North American Man-Boy Love Association literature taught him how to perfect his sexual deviation of molesting young boys.

Jeffrey's family sued the association and guess who comes to the aid of the association? The American Civil Liberties Union, which prides itself in the defense of the First Amendment freedom. They believe that it is perfectly justifiable to publish literature that illustrates how to commit successful crimes, commit terrorist acts or make bombs. So what if a couple of boys are raped and murdered, at least the ACLU has protected our First Amendment freedom to commit crime.

Be certain to send the ACLU a donation for the splendid work they are doing.

Reprehensible on the part of the ACLU. But certainly what we have come to expect.

I really hate the ACLU and I hate NAMBLA as well but I must point out that they are not defending First Amendment freedom to commit crime but they are defending the First Amendment freedom of writing about HOW to commit crime.

That is the difference between what is written here and what is actually being defended. I hope the guys who did this are given the maximum sentence that can be levied. I am not defending the ACLU or these bad guys I am just pointing out that the statement above is in error and misleading.

So the ACLU protects instructions on how to lure, molest and murder children but leads the fight in getting God out of our public? Folks we need to take our country back.

When two pedophiles abducted 10 year old Jeffrey Curley and sexually abused, tortured, and murdered him...
there was no great public cry of outrage, ...
no threat of violence in the streets unless his murderers were convicted, ...
no mass rallies to decry the savagery, ...
no student universities holding protest sit-ins on campus, ...
no blazing editorial headlines and near 24 "news coverage" on the TV ...
no big name nonprofit legal aid groups trying to help achieve justice for the grieving family, ...

but there was when two men tortured and murdered a Gay youth in Colorado.

Just keep asking yourself why?

Why the difference?

Why the difference?

Why, indeed? But remember, this wasn't the first time. Remember Jesse Dirkhising? Very similar case. Two gay pederasts plus one prepubescent boy equals one corpse and no story.

Brent Bozell of Media Research Center cornered a Newsbleak editor and worried him like a rat until he coughed up the reason why the big newsweeklies and mainstream media didn't go with Dirkhising's torture-murder the way they had the Shepard murder in Wyoming:

"It didn't resonate."

Bingo.

Two gay pederasts plus one prepubescent boy equals one corpse and no story.

Moreover, the two men in the Dirkhising case were homosexual lovers long before they bound 13 year old Dirkhising, gagged him with his own underwear, and sodomized him repeatedly (he suffocated while they took a break to eat lunch).

Around the same the time as the Dirkhising sodomy-murder the media were covering with great pro-gay ardor the Supreme Court case concerning the right of the Boy Scouts of America to prohibit homosexual men from being scoutmasters. Even as the Dirkhising story was suppressed, we were assured constantly by gay activists shouting through the media that adult gay men are simply not sexually attracted to Boy Scout age boys.

Not only that but we are assured that homosexuals are not attracted to heterosexuals. You have nothing to fear from sharing a locker room with a person with "same sex desire disorder". Of course it does make one wonder why some gyms are now banning cellphones in locker rooms since they have been used to take naked photos of strangers. Why would people who have no sexual interest in these strangers be taking nude photos of them? Must be that "gaydar" I hear about. The people being photographed are actually homosexual but they must be supressing that part of their nature...

I agree with you,. this is the time for grass roots activism though. NAMBLA does have the right to write about these crimes, on some bizarre level, what we need to do is make it tough for them to get published.

The people do have power. If we as a society do not want to tolerate such malicious, destructive speech , we do have recourse.

We have freedom of speech,we do not have freedom from responsibility for that speech. Lets push to get this defined as hate speech, sexist.. or at least the people who publish it will know we are not going tolerate this.

If white nationalists have their sites pulled for intolerance, why not NAMBLA? If NAMBLA's site is back up, we should try to make the case that this is hate speech and intolerance.

It's this sort of incident that makes the media's PC self-censorship most reprehensible.

Everyone in America should read about Jeffrey Curley, just as they ought to have read about Jesse Dirkhising. Incidents such as these are far too important, and far too frequent, to allow the media to sweep them under the rug. They give the lie to the homosexuals' protestations that they're just ordinary people with a single, trivial difference, and no more likely to harm the innocent than heterosexuals are.

Homosexuality ought not to be considered a crime, but neither ought it to be portrayed as the innocuous involuntary lifestyle of a few otherwise normal folks.

Every time I see the Colorado ACLU wrap itself in Patriotic
images I remeber Roger Baldwin and the foundations of that
Soviet Communist front. and I want to hurl the TV out the
window. They --and their blind destructive followers are
NOT--NEVER were Patriotic Americans but the enemy and his dupes.

What a ridiculous statement!!! As a victim of HETEROSEXUAL child sex abuse from MANY men who paid my abuser for the priviledge of abusing a GIRL, this is a load of crap. There are just as many heterosexual abusers as homosexual and just as many homosexual NON abusers as hetersexual NONabusers. I am not saying you aren't entitled to believe that homosexuals are the deviants of the world, but the crap you are spewing is just WRONG. Statistically as well. There are MANY cases of heterosexual child abuse and child murders. Shall we pull out the cases?

Actually, this is not exactly accurate.

Jaynes and Sicari did indeed lure this child into a van and then try to molest him. And they did indeed place a gasoline soaked rag over his face to suffocate him.

What you may not be aware of is these two monsters raped and sodomized this defenseless little boy after he was dead.

That is what makes this entire case, and the ACLU's involvement in it, so heinous.

Uh, wrong.

The North American Man-Boy Love Association does more than advocate the lowering, if not elimination, of age of consent laws. They also make available to their members a manual that instructs the reader how to get close to a victim, molest them, and leave without being caught.

Their immersion in sexual perversion and illegal activities are what make them a criminal organization worthy of prosecution under RICO statutes.

It is an organization of child molesters for child molesters.

That should not be too hard to understand.
