Limbaugh prosecutor, Democrat Florida District Attorney Barry Krischer, would appear to be a political supporter of Democrat Carol Roberts, who is running for Congress.
Here are the only results a search of FEC donations turns up from anyone named Krischer in West Palm Beach, where Krischer lives. It would appear to be a listing for his wife:
KRISCHER, EVA

PALM BEACH COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD/TE
ROBERTS, CAROL A

Carol Roberts received attention for her role in the last Presidential election, when she demanded a manual recount of the ballots in Palm Beach County.

But more significantly, in view of the Limbaugh case, she has been running ads encouraging people to buy prescription drugs illegally.
Roberts launches TV campaign (Carol Roberts Promoting Illegal Drug Purchases)
She operates a toll free number: "Save on Drugs Call 1-866-Rx-CAROL."
Roberts cites for her legal authority none other than her friend, Barry Krischer:
"Roberts brandished a letter from Palm Beach County State Attorney and fellow Democrat Barry Krischer declaring that Florida law doesn't punish anyone for purchasing American drugs abroad, even though the practice is a violation of federal law."

It was about the same thing from a different source. She got mad because that thread didn't go the way she wanted so she invoked the name of George Soros and stormed off. No, the prior thread cited the same sources.
And no, I didn't get mad because the pro drug crowd began their usual tiresome natterings.
And I didn't storm off, but since the mods changed the title of the original thread, I thought it would better serve the material to repost it under a more informative headline.
And I'm not female.
But otherwise your post was highly accurate!

The role of the government should be to help people with problems, not ship them off to jail, and make their problems worse. Everyone has problems. The poor inner city child who joins a gang and then kills 3 people has problems. I'm sure the thief who steals cars has "problems". So exactly WHO would go to jail?

So Roberts is clearly encouraging illegal activity. The question arises: if Limbaugh had purchased his pain medications through Carol Roberts, would he have been prosecuted by Krischer? She is giving information about where to buy them in Canada, not handling any transactions. Nothing is being bought "through" anyone.

Limbaugh Prosecutor Supports Illegal Prescription Drug Marketer Carol Roberts This is more than a stretch. This is an outright lie. No wonder FR gets so much bad press with crap like this.

The guy signed up today. I am thinking about pressing the abuse button. This is in violation of all forum ethics. How very open-minded of you!
If I apologize for pointing out that you didn't know how to spell "principle" though you use the term quite a lot, will you please not get me banned--Mr. Libertarian?
To: JohnGalt
Nah, these hysterical and hypocritical types amuse me.

I am not trying to ban you, I just want the ad mod's to be aware that someone who registered today is free loading off the bandwidth to spread propoganda for your particular issue.
I get the feeling you operate here under a different name so why don't you just use you real handle?

Hey, I think it's pretty commendable all that he's done . . . all the while hopped up to high heaven on goofballs. And some conservatives don't think drug addicts can be productive members of society.

LOL! This from a guy who has had how many hobby horses die under him?
(And it's spelled "propaganda," Einstein. Sorry.)
The Limbaugh story really seems to separate the men from the boys (so to speak).
Nice to see people lying up on the side of Carol Roberts. Tells you something, I think.
BTW, you have now posted on two threads without discussing the topic at hand. Instead you have tried to turn them to your magnificent obsession and personally attacked me.
Tell me all about "forum ethics."

FR is a community not a soap box.
Rush's pill popping separates the men from the boys?
It sure does, son.
