Would have been better for the 2nd Amendment had this suit never been launched. Stupid to take THIS Court into a full press effort we were certain to lose anyway. Four out of nine are CFR members, placed on the court to affirm the New World Order when it comes to that. The rest except for Scalia and the black conservative are liberals or RINO's.

Now, in bringing this suit, the pro-gun forces have taken a net loss with the refusal of cert. The antis will CROW (the media has already begun the process) that this means what they have said all along.....and ladies and gentleman, to the general uninformed PUBLIC....PERCEPTION is freaking EVERYTHING!!!!

Things will not change until we have a truly conservative pro-gun in every way President...not one who gives lip service to liberals and moderates (whether or not he means it) in search of any wandering vote he can glean. I am very much afraid that Bush 43 is much like Bush 41. Bush 41 is the Republican version of Clinton when it came to guns.....and in the authoring of those very evil anti-freedom Executive Orders which may plunge the nation into a reality currently represented only in Travis MeGee's "Enemies Foreign And Domestic."

Of course of far more significance to the republic is a truly conservative CONGRESS. That can "trump" so to speak the evil machinations of any President. Too bad it's so difficult to spot either the clever RINO, or the true conservative that sells his soul for a seat at the table of power.

Most of the Supreme Court Justices are elitist pigs. Their whimsical opinions are what they term to be Constitutional. There are many other elitist judges in the United States which do the same.

I will never give up my guns no matter what a judge rules or a hypocritical politician says.

The Second Amendment is an individual right just as are all the other rights listed in the Bill of Rights. God has given us our rights and they cannot be trampled on by those in authority without offending our Creator.

First, congress needs spines and balls. Until then, the judiciary is actually in charge.

No, I don't want them to die

I do. With lifetime appointments, it's the only sure way we'll ever be rid of leftist judges.

Our chance may come if, God willing, Bush is re-elected and a couple of leftist skunks on the SC croak. In a second term, Bush will have nothing to lose by forcing conservative appointments on the Demonrats - even if he has to resort to recess appointments.

Moreover, if the Republicans are looking forward to Hitlary in 2008, the Republican Senate may actually find a backbone somewhere, and take the Demonrats on over their filibustering of judicial appointments, since at that point it could be our last chance for a decade or more.

Would we be better off if this court had taken up Silveira and ruled against us? As it is now, we're just back where we started, with the Communist 9th Circus. The battle isn't over yet.

You'll like this.

"To take the slap in the face once one is disarmed and rendered a pissant, forced to kiss, lick, and polish the statists’ boots?
".

Pretty kinky.
How do you render a pissant anyway?
