With VERY few exceptions (thanks to the people that were human and to people that wrote me privately) you people are a bunch of fundamentalist zealots. You aren't conservatives...you're fascists. You make me embarrassed to be a Republican.

What do you think holds down the stack of papers on a liberal's desk? ROTFLMAO, I never knew there was a market for cat testicles.

"I remember some guy once saying that a woman he knew said if she was his wife, she'd give him poison, to which he replied, if I were married to YOU, I'd take it!"
Sir Winston Churchill said this to some old British Bat who was giving him grief.

This has become one of the funniest ZOT! threads I ever read! I'm LOLing here at my desk (in NYC), but going home now because of the snow. We had our office Christmas party tonight but now it's postponed. And me in my Grinch tie...

and FRENCH, don't forget the FRENCH articles.Almost as bad as that pretentious LOOKATME!LOOKATME!LOOKATME! profile. People like that make *me* embarrassed to be a Republican -- and that's saying a lot for someone from the Land of Nurse Bloomberg!

and FRENCH, don't forget the FRENCH articles. Oh, for crying out loud, that is pathetic. Talk about needing attention. I could post articles in Spanish or Chinese (short form), but what would be the point? To show off? Obviously it wouldn't be to generate useful discussion or to help people stay informed.
If you want to display your language skills AND help keep FR informed, make like AmericanInTokyo, TigerLikesRooster and others and actually translate the text before you post. If not, find something in English.

In her words, from a screed yesterday. 3 male psychyatrists?
Now, I don't want to get all Fruedian but me thinks she was looking for something she wasn't gettin' at home from her British hubby.
Hint: It rhymes with Gorbasm.

Seems to me the word "hubristic" fits her more than pedantic.
To: NYC GOP Chick; dubyaismypresident
i have my doubts about her being a republican. i recall when she first appeared and she always had my suspicions raised. she was mouthy and contentious from the get-go. not republican traits, generally : )

"Pedantic Toast" would be a great name for a band.
That is THE single best band name I've heard in months. Let's go! Allegra can sing, HG can play geetar, Bacon can sing as well (he has quite a pleasing baritone), and I can - um - well, we'll figure out that part later.

God I love your way with words. You truly are a writer.
(Of course, it may be the fact I think it's so cool when one woman calls another that name, and a self-satisficed one at that. I know, I'm a bit off center -- but I can be very creative!)
For a few bucks, I'll drag her into the pool, pull her top off and start a good old-fashioned catfight!
