PBS News Hour: The Silent Latino Lie

November 27, 2003 -- Joseph Dunn, a Democrat senator from California, reacting to a book by some flaming leftist California academic, is part of a movement to pay reparations for a 1930s mass deportation of California Latinos to Mexico.
A class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of those expatriated against their will, and on behalf of their survivors.
The PBS News Hour segment on this subject showed trainloads of Mexican nationals and Latino-American citizens being put on trains and locked inside until they crossed the border into Mexico.
The segment narrator expressly pointed out that federal agents were involved, but was distinctly indistinct as to the time period.
We think we know why, and the reason is undeniable proof of the Oregon Magazine contention that from Ken Burns Congress to the News Hour, PBS programming is a rape of history, a generic journalistic ripoff and a source of misinformation of such dimensions that all public support for the network should cease immediately....(Snip)

PBS Has never had anything even remotely resembling the truth broadcast from their transmitters, ever.
People rarely look to history when voting, they look more to what they've been promised.
And like the beaten spouse who listens to their abuser when they promises they'll change, people believe the Rats when they claim, "This time I won't lie, I promise!"

It's all part of the same, ancient liberal lie -- the lie of omission about that party's actual history. A PBS (Oregon affiliate) pledge break is on as I write this. The woman on the screen just said, "We take the time to do it right." Is she a liar, or just a fool? Out of a desire for charity, I'll take the latter choice.
The net result is the same. Bad journalism, bad history and bad news for America..

The net result is the same. Bad journalism, bad history and bad news for America.. Thank goodness for FR and Fox. I used to get depressed about this stuff (liberal media bs, liberal public school bs), but realized that the numbers are on my side. Most people don't want American history trashed, or public school indoctrination, or liberal network lies. It's up to me (and you, and everyone here) to keep pushing. To fight for the truth. More and more folks are waking up. We must continue the good fight. (end rant)

The media creates these stories by hyping non-issues and creating divides between races to boost sagging ratings, similar to Hellen Thomas' breast.

Snidely, if only Hoover were connected with the federal deportations, PBS would definitely have dwelled on that, but they avoided saying Democrat or Republican because FDR did nothing to stop the states from continuing the deportations and he was responsible for the Japanese internments as well as internments of American-Germans.

I would hope so!
But the locals in my area can't understand why Hillary can't keep her word, but they say they'll vote for her again.
*Slaps forehead*
It's almost as if they can't understand that when they vote for her, they reward her for her behavior.

(end rant)Congress sends millions to PBS on a regular basis. That's OUR tax dollars paying through the nose for their propaganda! The fight has to include contacting our representatives in Washington and tell them to drop PBS from the budget.

Liberals aren't rational, I don't know why their thought processes are so skewed and entrenched, but it's a fact.

I've noticed that Libs aren't high on the thought board on any action they take.
But it still looks way too much like victim and victimizer cyclic behavior when they vote for slime and it proves that it's slime while they whine about not knowing that it's slime.

I've been puzzling over their irrationality for a long time. I think a big part of it is their relief in relinquishing personal responsibility. They participate in group think, so don't have to think, don't have to defend their thinking. The other part is the sense that they are part of an 'intellectual elite' when they adhere to the party line. There's a growing public recognition of the difference between intellectualism and intelligence....because the general public recognizes the lack of intelligence in most of the liberal intellectuals' pronouncements. It's a poser!

Probably also in part the fear of not being part of the pack.
There's pack mentality among the libs, and if one of their own disagrees, he's instantly pecked to death like a chicken.
It's horrible to see.
But what you describe is an exact image of what is seen in the art world.
It's almost like it's a fashion accessory of some type.
