Is Dan Rather still on T.V.?

I have not watched him in 10 years or more.

In 5 years no one will remember who this blowhard was. Ask anyone under the age of 25 if they know who Walter Chronkite is for example.

It will be interesting if Dan lets loose during the election night coverage. "I'm out of here after this. I have nothing to lose. Amd I just want to say this about George W. Bush ..."

Doesn't matter. Their generation will have their very own "Rather anchor" that can haunt them for decades. You can bet on it.

Lovely... another year of that snake deliberately manipulating his viewers while pretending to be objective and professional.

He can't be gone soon enough, IMHO... then the network is going to have to try to keep their viewers who just watched him out of habit and had no clue what he was doing to them.

Thanks, for using the word "snake" instead of using "his name" in the same sentence with the words "objective and professional"!
