So the fact there are Middle Easterns in Texas means they're Terrorist sympathizers? I've always attributed it largely to the fact that we (Houston) are the world's petroleum/energy capital.

"This shows Texas is not just a destination for Mexicans anymore," said Steven Camarota, author of the study released Wednesday.
Surprisingly, though, Camarota found, about 23 percent of the Middle Easterners use some sort of welfare, higher than the native population.
Greater Houston's Middle Easterners form the seventh-largest concentration in this country. Iranians are the biggest group locally, followed by Pakistanis and Saudis. However, Middle Easterners may go virtually unnoticed in Houston "because they are spread out," said Nidal Zayer, a columnist at a local Arabic paper, Al Maraya. "They are in Pasadena, along FM 1960, in Sugar Land -- everywhere."

FBI officials later discounted that possibility and determined that the Costco warehouse was not a crime scene.
Based on what? How do they know its not a crime scene if they dont know what caused this?

There was a thread last night about how some Texas Islamic guy, who Bush appointed to some committee on the Middle East, was over in Egypt giving speeches on the importance of defeating Bush on '04.

How do they know its not a crime scene if they dont know what caused this?Exactly. But that went over the heads of 95% of the population. That's all that matters. Back to Scott and Lacy, Jacko, etc, ...

I don't know where she originally called home. I do know she is a screaming liberal. One of the recently sentenced "Portland Seven" (Al-Q affiliates) worked directly under her in the mayor's office. Right after 9/11 she refused to work with Homeland Security. She also forbid any of those working under her thumb to work with H.S. She has an absolute addiction to more and more taxes. She, IMHO, is almost (not quite) par with the Hilda-beast.

Good observation. They (Baghdad Jim & Murray) wield more power being congresscritters.

Ditto -- I don't think that was the case at the Costco, however.

Are you sure that Hillary Rotten Clinton was not visiting the area? All it would take, is Hitlery breaking wind, and the whole city would be ill.
